Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր հանդիպում է ունեցել Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Կլոդ Բարտոլոնի հետ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, նշելով, որ իր պաշտոնական այցը բարեկամ Ֆրանսիա կայանում է Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակի տարում, Նախագահ Սարգսյանը այն լավ առիթ և հնարավորություն է համարել Ֆրանսիայի բարձր իշխանությունների հետ ամփոփելու անցած ավելի քան երկու տասնամյակների ընթացքում արձանագրված բազմաթիվ հաջողությունները և քննարկելու ապագա անելիքները։
Զրուցակիցները երկուստեք կարևորել են խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության դերը միջպետական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման, փոխգործակցության օրակարգի ընդլայնման, հայ և ֆրանսիացի ժողովուրդների միջև բարեկամության խորացման գործում և գոհունակությամբ են խոսել «Ֆրանսիա-Հայաստան» միջխորհրդարանական բարեկամության խմբի գործունեության մասին:
Հանրապետության Նախագահը և Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը ընդգծել են երկու երկրների խորհրդարանականների սերտ համագործակցությունը նաև միջազգային կառույցների խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովներում:
Հանդիպմանը Սերժ Սարգսյանը բարձր է գնահատել Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման, դատապարտման և քրեականացման վերաբերյալ Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի և անձամբ նախագահ Կլոդ Բարտոլոնի դիրքորոշումը:
Նախագահ Սարգսյանը բարձր է գնահատել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի, այդ թվում Ֆրանսիայի` որպես ՄԽ համանախագահող երկրի ջանքերը հիմնախնդրի խաղղ կարգավորման և Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության ու կայունության ապահովման ուղղությամբ, ընդգծելով, որ Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարանի անդամների այցերը Արցախ միջազգային հանրությանը հնարավորություն են տալիս ամբողջական պատկերացում կազմելու և ճիշտ ըմբռնելու ազատության, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության, ինքնորոշման համար Արցախի ժողովրդի արդար պայքարի ողջ էությունը, ինչը ցանկացած ժողովրդի անհերքելի իրավունքն է:
Այդ համատեքստում կարևորվել է «Արցախի հետ բարեկամության շրջանակ»-ի գործունեությունը, որը Հանրապետության Նախագահի համոզմամբ, անգնահատելի նպաստ է բերում Արցախի խնդրի արդարացի կարգավորմանը:
ՀՀ Նախագահը և Ֆրանսիայի ԱԺ նախագահը հայ-ֆրանսիական երկկողմ կապերից բացի անդրադարձել են Հայաստան-Եվրոպական միություն հարաբերություններին ու զարգացման հեռանկարին:
