Fithacker.ru կայքը գրում է, որ շատերը չգիտեն, որ մթերքի որոշ տեսակներ անհամատեղելի են, քանի որ դրանց համադրությունն այնքան էլ օգտակար չէ առողջության համար։ Օրինակներից մեկը լոլիկն ու վարունգն են. պատճառն այն է, որ դրանք օրգանիզմի կողմից տարբեր ժամանակահատվածում են յուրացվում։

Կաթ և բանան։ Այս համադրությունը զգալիորեն կդանդաղեցնի նյութափոխանակությունը։

Յոգուրտ և մրգեր։ Յոգուրտն ու մրգերը համադրել ևս խորհուրդ չի տրվում, քանի որ հանգեցնում է նյութափոխանակության դանդաղեցման։
