ՎԶԵԲ-ը, ԵՄ-ն և Շվեդիան կաջակցեն կանանց ձեռներեցությանը Հայաստանում

Հայաստանում մեկնարկեց «Գործարար կանայք» ծրագիրը, որի նպատակն է ֆինանսավորում և խորհրդատվություն տրամադրել փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություններին: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ծրագիրն իրականացվելու է Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի, Եվրամիության և Շվեդիայի աջակցությամբ, ինչպես նաև տեղական վարատուների՝ Ամերիաբանկի և Ակբա- Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ բանկի միջոցով: Ծրագրին շուտով կմիանա նաև Արարատբանկը: 

Միջոցառմանը բացման խոսքով հանդես եկավՎերակառուցման և զարգացմանեվրոպական բանկի երևանյան գրասենյակիղեկավար Մարկ Դեյվիսը: Նրա խոսքով` կանայք կարող են տնտեսության մեջ ավելի շատ բան անել: Դեյվիսի դիտարկմամբ` ռիսկերի տեսանկյունից, կանանց կողմից ղեկավարվող բիզնեսն ավելի հուսալի է, քան տղամարդկանց ղեկավարածը:

«Հնարավոր տնտեսական աճը կանանց մասնակցության դեպքում լուրջ փոփոխություն կկրի: Խոսքը ՀՆԱ-ի 14% աճի մասին է: Բացի այդ, կանանց կողմից ղեկավարվող բիզնեսներն ավելի նվազ ռիսկային են, քան տղամարդկանց դեպքում»,- ասաց Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի Երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավարը: 
Նրա տեղեկացմամբ՝ 2016 թ. ընթացքում այս ծրագրի շրջանակում Արևելյան գործընկերության երկրներին Եվրամիության կողմից տրվել է 5,7 մլն եվրո, Շվեդիայի կողմից՝ 4,5 մլն եվրո և ՎԶԵԲ-ի գործընկերների կողմից՝ 600 մլն եվրո: 

Մարկ Դեյվիսը նաև հայտնեց, որ գործրար միջավայրում գենդերային հավասարության առումով 142 երկրների շարքում Հայաստանը 105-րդն է, որը ամենացածր ցուցանիշն է տարածաշրջանում: 

Եվրոպական միության հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավար Պյոտր Սվիտալսկու կարծիքով` Հայաստանում կանանց ներուժն ամենաքիչն է օգտագործվում, այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ ԵՄ–ն ֆինանսավորում է այս ծրագիրը:

Ես շատ ուրախ եմ, որ Հայաստանն այն երկրներից է, որն օգտվում է այս բազմամիլիոնանոց ծրագրից: ԵՄ-ն աջակցելու է Հայաստանում ֆինանսական միջոցների ներգրավմանը, և այս ծրագիրը կանանց հնարավորություն է տալիս առավել ակտիվ գործել բիզնես ոլորտում: ՎԶԵԲ-ի շնորհիվ կանայք կկարողանան օգտվել նաև ՏՏ ոլորտի տված հնարավորություններից»,- ասաց Սվիտալսկին: 

Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին անդրադարձավ նաև նախընտրական շրջանին՝ շեշտելով, որ ԵՄ-ն ակտիվ աշխատանք է տարել քաղաքականությունում կանանց դերի բարձրացման համար: «Կանա՛յք, ակտի՛վ եղեք, կանայք,  ճիշտ ընտրություն արեք և մի՛ վախեցեք քաղաքականությունից և բիզնեսից»,- հայտարարեց Սվիտալսկին:

«Գործարար կանայք» ծրագրի համակարգող Զառա Օհանյանի խոսքով՝ վարկային պայմաններն ավելի նպաստավոր են լինելու կանանց համար, և վարկային միջոցները ներառելու են ոչ միայն վարկ, այլ նաև ոչ ֆինանսական ծառայություններ, ինչպես օրինակ ՎԶԵԲ-ի խորհրդատվությունը: 

«Ընդհանուր տարածաշրջանի համար 55 մլն եվրո է նախատեսված վարկային գծերի համար և 4,5 մլն բանկերի ռիսկերի մարման համար, իսկ Հայաստանի բանկերին արդեն 16 մլն եվրո հատկացվել է»,- նշեց նա:
