«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Էներգիայի սակագնի խնդիրներին նվիրված խորհրդարանական լսումների կազմակերպիչ, ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վարդան Այվազյանին հարցրինք. խոսվում է ՀԷՑ-երի սնանկացման, մասամբ նաեւ` պետականացման մասին, մանավանդ, որ կառավարությունը երաշխավոր է կանգնել ՀԷՑ-երի վերցրած 220 միլիոն դոլարին: «Դուք, ինչ է, մտածում եք, որ պետությունն ավելի լավ կառավարիչ է, քան մասնավո՞րը, շուկայական տնտեսության մեջ այդպես չէ»:

Իսկ ճի՞շտ է, որ ՀԷՑ-երն արդեն իսկ վերավաճառվել են ինչ-որ մեկին, սակայն առայժմ չեն բարձրաձայնում: «Դե հիմա, ես էլ եմ մի տենց բան լսել, որ ինչ-որ կուսակցության ղեկավարի մասին է խոսվում, ինչն իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում, սակայն դրանից ինչ-որ բան փոխվո՞ւմ է: Այն մոնոպոլ ծառայություն է, գները կարգավորում է համապատասխան մարմինը, հիմա դրա ղեկավարը կլինի «Գազպրոմը», Կիրակոսը, թե Ուգանդան, կարեւոր չի։ Ինչ վերաբերում է սնանկացման գործընթացին, ապա այդ հարցով ոչ թե պետությունը պետք է դիմի, այլ, կարծում եմ՝ ԳԷՍ-երը: Թող դիմեն, իրենց հարցրեք` ինչի՞ չեն դիմում»:

Իսկ ճի՞շտ է, որ լսումներում ոչ միայն օդ բաց կթողնվի, այլեւ առաջարկներ կհնչեն, ընդ որում` իշխանությունների կողմից, որ կառավարությունն ունեզուրկ խավի ծախսերը պետք է փոխհատուցի, ՀՀ «բարի կառավարությունն» էլ հենց այդպես կվարվի` ինդեքսացիա կատարելով, ասել է թե` կրկնակի օդ բաց թողնելով: «Ասեմ` իմանաս. որ լրագրողներդ էդքան օդ բաց չթողնեք, մեր գործն էլ, ժողովրդի գործն էլ ավելի լավ կլինի՝ հավատա»:
