Կիրականացվեն քայլեր գյուղական համայնքների էներգետիկ ապահովման նպատակով

Կիրականացվեն քայլեր Հայաստանի գյուղական համայնքներին ջերմային էներգիայով ապահովելու համար։ Այդ նպատակով ՀՀ վարչապետի հանձնարարականի շրջանակներում առաջիկայում կմեկնարկի առաջնեկային փորձնական ծրագիր՝ Արմավիրի մարզի Լեռնամերձ համայնքում։ Կառավարության որոշմամբ արդեն հաստատվել է համայնքին «Արևային ջրատաքացուցիչներ» տրամադելու և բնակչությանը տաք ջրով ապահովելու աջակցության ծրագիրը։ Նախատեսվում է ստեղծել շրջանառու ֆոնդ՝ շուրջ 40 մլն դրամի չափով։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների փոխնախարար Հայկ Հարությունյանի փոխացմամբ, ծրագրի գաղափարն այն է, որ յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի տրամադրվելու է արևային ջրատաքացուցիչների համակարգ, որը թույլ կտա ամբողջությամբ ապահովել կենցաղային տաք ջրի պահանջարկը։ Ելնելով այն իրողությունից, որ արևային ռեսուրսն անվճար է և ներդրումը ներռում է միայն սարքի արժեքը՝ առաջարկվել է ստեղծել շրջանառու ֆոնդ, որտեղ կկուտակվեն խնայողությունների արդյունքում հետվերադարձած գումարները։
-Խնայողությունները կգոյանան էլեկտրական էներգիայի և գազի սպառման կտրուկ նվազումից, հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ մինչ այդ տաք ջրի ստացումը կազմակերպվում էր հոսանքով կամ գազով։ Համայնքը հետագայում շրջանառու ֆոնդում կուտակված միջոցները կուղղի այդ նույն ընտանիքներում նմանատիպ էներգաարդյունավետ այլ ծրագրերի իրականացմանը։ Օրինակ՝ կարող է տեղադրվել արևային ֆոտովոլտային տեղակայանք, կենսագազի արտադրություն, «պասիվ» ջերմատներ, բիովառելիք օգտագործող պիռոլիզային վառարաններ և այլն,- ասաց Հայկ Հարությունյանը։
Ծրագրի իրականացումը թույլ կտա ոչ միայն ապահովել էներգիայի պահանջարկը, այլև կստեղծվեն նախապայմաններ՝ ունենալու առաջին արևային և կայուն զարգացող համայնք։
Հայկ Հարությունյանի փոխանցմամբ, նմանատիպ ծրագրեր նախատեսվում են առաջնահերթորեն իրականացնել հիմնականում չգազաֆիկացված համայնքներում։
