Վիետնամն աշխարհի առաջատարն Է դարձել գերհարուստների թվով

 Վիետնամն աշխարհում առաջին տեղն Է զբաղեցրել տեղի բնակչության շրջանում հարուստների թվի ավելացման ցուցանիշով: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս եզրակացությունն են արել Knight Frank հեղինակավոր միջազգային կոնսալտինգային խմբի փորձագետները՝ ամփոփելով անցկացված հետազոտության արդյունքները, որը նվիրված Էր աշխարհի երկրներում բնակչության բարեկեցության աճին:
Հետազոտողների հավաքած տվյալների համաձայն, 2010-ից մինչեւ 2016 թվականն ընկած ժամանակաշրջանում Վիետնամում գերհարուստների թվաքանակն աճել Է 320 տոկոսով: Այս ցուցանիշով Վիետնամը տոկոսային հարաբերությամբ արդեն առաջ Է անցել Հնդկաստանից եւ Չինաստանից, որոնք նույն այդ տարիներին  հարուստների թվի աճ  են արձանագրել 290 տոկոսով եւ 281 տոկոսով՝ համապատասխանաբար:  
Որպես իրենց վարկանիշների հիմք, Մեծ Բրիտանիայում բազավորված խումբը վերցնում Է UHNWI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals` շատ խոշոր կապիտալով մասնավոր անձինք) կատեգորիան. սա մոլորակի առավել հարուստ եւ դրա հետ մեկտեղ տնտեսապես ակտիվ մասնավոր անձանց խավն Է: 
UHNWI-ի ցուցակում գրանցվելու հավակնորդները պետք Է ունենան առնվազն 30 մլն դոլարի չափով ազատ շրջանառու ֆինանսական միջոցներ՝ չհաշված նրանց պատկանող շարժական կամ անշարժ գույքը:
Knight Frank-ը Վիետնամում նրանց թվին ներկայում դասում Է 200 մարդու, դրա հետ մեկտեղ կանխատեսելով, որ հաջորդ տասնամյակների ընթացքում գերհարուստների թվաքանակն այստեղ կավելանա եւս 170 տոկոսով եւ կհասնի 540-ի նշագծին: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում Է «հասարակ միլիոնատերերին», որոնց տնօրինած ակտիվներն իրենց տերերին չեն ապահովում UHNWI-ի վարկանիշի հորիզոնականները, ապա այդպիսիք Վիետնամում, կոնսալտինգային խմբի գնահատումներով, այժմ հաշվում են մոտավորապես 14,5 հազար, իսկ մինչեւ 2026 թվականը նրանց թիվը կգերազանցի 38 հազարը: 
Չնայած այն բանին, որ երկրում բնակչության մեկ շնչին ընկնող տարեկան միջին եկամուտը կազմում Է մոտավորապես 2 հազար դոլար, երեք տասնամյակ այստեղ անցկացվող նորացման քաղաքականության ընթացքում Վիետնամում ձեւավորվել Է հարուստ «նոր վիետնամցիների» դաս: Վիետնամցի նորահարուստներն իրենց կարողությունը «կուտակում են» տարբեր ձեւով: Ունեւոր վիետնամցիների շրջանում առավել հաճախ են հանդիպում նրանք, ում բիզնեսը կապված Է ֆոնդային շուկայի, ծովամթերքի արտադրության եւ մշակման, ինչպես նաեւ շինարարության եւ անշարժ գույքի հետ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը :
