Պետական նմուշի դիպլոմ ստանալու ատեստավորման փաստաթղթերի ընդունումը կսկսվի մարտի 10-ից

Հայաստանի ոչ պետական բուհերի շրջանավարտների պետական նմուշի դիպլոմ ստանալու ամփոփիչ ատեստավորման համար փաստաթղթերի ընդունելությունը կսկսի 2017թ. մարտի 10-ից և կտևի մինչև ապրիլի 15-ը: Քննությունները կսկսեն մայիս, հունիս ամիսներին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԿԳՆ աշխատակազմի բարձրագույն և հետբուհական կրթության վարչության մասնագիտական կրթության կազմակերպման և համաարգման բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետ Արսեն Հակոբյանը:
«Ատեստավորմանը կարող են մասնակցել ոչ պետական նմուշի հայկական ավարտական փաստաթուղթ ունեցող՝ ներառյալ 2015թ. բոլոր շրջանավարտները: Նախարարությունում կա համապատասխան հանձնաժողով: Հանձնաժողովը փաստաթղթերը ստանալուց հետո կատարում է ուսումնասիրություններ և սահմանված կարգով թույլատրում է մասնակցել քննություններին: Նախարարությունը որոշում է, թե որ բուհերում որ մասնագիտությունների քննություններն են հանձնելու և, համապատասխան ուսումնական պլանի ժամկետով, կազմակերպվում են քննությունները՝ մայիս, հունիս ամիսներին: Հարցաշարեր ը կարելի է ձեռք բերել ԿԳՆ կայքից, ինչպես նաև այն բուհից, որտեղ կանցկացվի քննությունը: Կառավարության համապատասխան որոշմամբ՝ այս տարի ատեստավորման վերջին տարին է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց Արսեն Հակոբյանը և հավելեց, որ սա նպաստում է ոչ պետական բուհերի նախորդ տարիների շրջանավարտների հետագայում աշխատաշուկայում ընդգրկվելու հնարավորության մեծացմանը:
Նրա խոսքերով՝ այս ծրագիրը եղել է նաև 2005 և 2006 թվականներին, 2011-2013 և հիմա՝ 2015- 2017-ին: Պետական նմուշի դիպլոմ ստանալու ատեստավորման համար 2015 դիմած շրջանավարտներից 186-ն է ստացել համապատասխան փաստաթուղթ, այսինքն՝ մոտ 59 տոկոսը: 2016-ին դիմած189 շրջանավարտներից՝ 136-ը (մոտ 71 տոկոսը): Չստանալու պատճառները տարբեր են եղել՝ ոմանք քննության չեն ներկայացել, որոշները բացասական գնահատական են ստացել:
Դիմողները դիմում-հայտի հետ միասին պետք է ներկայացնեն ավարտական փաստաթղթի բնօրինակը, ներդիրի բնօրինակը, անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի (անձնագիր, նույնականացման քարտ, զինգրքույկ, փախստականի վկայական, ՀՀ հատուկ անձնագիր, կացության վկայական) բնօրինակը՝ պատճենների հետ միասին և 2 լուսանկար (3X4սմ չափսի):
Փաստաթղթերն ընդունվելու են ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունում (հասցե՝ 0010, Երևան, Վ. Սարգսյան 3, Կառավարական տուն 2, 3-րդ հարկ, 312 սենյակ):
