 Ազգային ժողովի ՕԵԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Հեղինե Բիշարյանի համար անընդունելի է ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի կամ գործիչների կողմից ընդդիմադիր դաշտում գործող այլ ուժերի նկատմամբ քննադատությունը և պիտակներ կպցնելու գործելաոճը: Մարտի 6-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Հեղինե Բիշարյանը, անդրադառնալով Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանի հայտարարությանը, թե «Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» դաշինքից բացի մյուս բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը խորհրդարան մտնելու համար իշխանությունների հետ տոկոսներ են պայմանավորվել, ընդգծեց, որ ընդհանրապես, երբ ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերը նման հայտարարություններ են անում այլ ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի մասին, պատվեր են կատարում:

 «Կարծում եմ, որ նման հայտարարություն անողները պետք է բոլոր ապացուցեն, ներկայացնեն, թե ինչ են ցանկանում դրանով ասել: Իսկ ընդհանրապես, երբ ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերը նման հայտարարություններով խոսում են այլ ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի մասին, նրանք կատարում են պատվեր: Եթե քաղաքական ուժերը պայքար են մղում հաջողության հասնելու, երկրում ինչ-որ բան փոխելու,  ապա նպատակը չպետք է մեկը լինի  մեկը մյուսին սևացնելը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝  նշեց Բիշարյանը´ հավելելով, որ ինքը խոս ում է բոլոր այն ընդդիմադիր ուժերի մասին, ովքեր փորձում են պիտակներ կպցնել ընդդիմադիր դաշտում գործող այլ ուժերին:

Նա հավելեց, որ Ազգային ժողովի առաջիկա ընտրություններին ընդառաջ պետք է մրցունակ լինեն ծրագրերն ու գաղափարները: Նրա խոսքով՝ իրենք խնդիր ունեն ժողովրդին հասցնել այս կարևորագույն սկզբունքը, իսկ կուլիսներում տեղի ունեցող խոսակցություններով զբաղվելու ժամանակ չունեն: «Մեզ իրականում չեն էլ հետաքրքրում այդ կուլիսային խոսակցությունները, որովհետև իրականում ժողովուրդը պետք է գնահատական տա նրանց, ովքեր հանրությանը շեղում են իրական խնդիրներից»,- եզրափակեց Հեղինե Բիշարյանը:
