Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը ներկայացրեց «Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության նախընտրական ծրագիրը

«Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցությունը ներկայացրեց նախընտրական ծրագիրը: Մարտի 6-ին կազմակերպված միջոցառման ընթացքում Ազգային ժողովի ՕԵԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Մհեր Շահգելդյանը նշեց, որ կուսակցության ծրագիրը պարունակում է նորարարական մոտեցումներ, նոր գաղափարներ, գաղափարական մոտեցումներ, որոնք ունակ կլինեն փոխել երկրում տիրող վիճակը: «Շատ հաճախ մեզ հարցնում են, իսկ ինչո՞ւ քաղաքացիները պետք է հավատան «Հյկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցությանը: Պետք է հավատան, որովհետև թե «Օրինաց երկիր» կուսակցությունը, թե արդեն «Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցությունը միշտ իրենց առաջարկները իրականություն են դարձրել: Այսօր մարդիկ հավատում են, որ հնարավոր կլինի ավանդների ամբողջական վերադարձ, բանակի պրոֆեսիոնալիզացիա, որպեսզի 18 տարեկան տղաներն այլևս առաջնագծում չկանգնեն և անմիջական բախման մեջ չմտնեն Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ջոկատայինների հետ: Հավատում են, որ հնարավոր է ստեղծել նոր աշխատատեղեր»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Շահգելդյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ իրենց ծրագիրը նորարարական է, իրատեսական է և հետաքրքիր, որովհետև իրենք գիտեն ինչ անել, ինչպես անել, ինչպես աշխատել հայ ժողովրդի համար:
«Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության նախագահ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը, ներկայացնելով կուսակցության նախընտրական ծրագիրը, նշեց, որ քարոզարշավի ընթացքում իրենք հանդես են գալիս 30 հիմնարար դրույթներով, որոնք էական փոփոխություն կարող են մտցնել ՀՀ պետական կառավարման, քաղաքական և հասարակական կյանքում: «Այդ 30 կետերը մշակվել են՝ հաշվի առնելով մեր բազմամյա քաղաքական փորձառությունը: Հաշվի ենք առել նաև առաջադեմ աշխարհի փորձը, մեր նպատակները և ցանկությունները, որոնք ցանկանում ենք Հայաստանում կյանքի կոչել»,- ընդգծեց Բաղդասարյանը:
Կուսակցությունը ընտրություններում հաջողության հասնելու դեպքում խոստանում է ստեղծել կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ազգային մարմին, որում ներգրավված կլինեն քաղաքացիական հասարակության, ընդդիմության և իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները: Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը խոստացավ նաև ապօրինի հարստացման դեմ պայքարի նոր մեխանիզմներ ներդնել, որոնք հետադարձ ուժ կունենան:
ՀՎԿ-ն խոստանում է վերացնել ճանապարհային երթևեկությունը կանոնակարգող արագաչափերը և Երևանում վճարովի ավտոկայանատեղիները: Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը նկատեց, որ ճանապարհային երթևեկությունը կանոնակարգելու համար տեղադրված արագաչափերը որևէ օգուտ չեն տալիս ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների թիվը նվազեցնելու տեսանկյունից:
Կուսակցության նախընտրական քարոզչության թիրախներից մեկն է ավանդների վերադարձի խնդիրը: Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը հիշեցրեց, որ իրենց ժամանակին մեղադրել են պոպուլիզմի մեջ, սակայն իրենց հաջողվել է ավանդների վերադարձ կազմակերպել, որի արդյունքում բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ կարողացել են գոնե մասնակիորեն ստանալ իրենց գումարները: Նրա խոսքով՝ այս գործընթացը հարկավոր է հասցնել տրամաբանական ավարտի:
ՀՎԿ նախընտրական ծրագրում դրույթներ կան նաև ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքականության, տարածաշրջանային կարևորագույն նախագծերում ընդգրկվելու, տնտեսությունը բիզնես միջավայրի բարելավման եղանակով առաջ մղելու վերաբերյալ:
