Անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրականացված վարձակալության և գրավադրման գործարքներն ավելացել են

Հայաստանում 2017 թվականի հունվարին անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրականացվել են 9 հազար 866 գործարք: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալները, 2016 թվականի հունվարին դրանց թիվը կազմել է 9 հազար 715, ինչը նշանակում է, որ այս տարի գործարքների թիվն ավելացել է 151-ով:

2017 թ. հունվարին ընդհանուր գործարքների 24.6 տոկոսը կազմել են օտարումները: Նախորդ տարվա հունվարին դրանք կազմել էին 24.2 տոկոս: Անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրականացված գործարքների 9.9 տոկոսը 2017 թվականի հունվարին կազմել է գրավադրումը, իսկ 2016 թվականին այն կազմել էր 5.6 տոկոս: Այս տարվա հունվարին անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրականացված ընդհանուր գործարքների 9.1 տոկոսը բաժին է ընկել ժառանգությանը, իսկ նախորդ տարվա հունվարին` 10.2 տոկոս: Այս տարի վարձակալության գործարքները կազմել են 7.1 տոկոս, իսկ նախորդ տարվա հունվարին՝ 4.3 տոկոս:  

Ըստ պաշտոնական վիճակագրության՝ անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրականացված գործարքների 33 տոկոսը տեղի է ունեցել Երևանում: 2016 թ. հունվարին Երևանին բաժին էր հասնում անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրականացված գործարքների 30.1 տոկոսը:

Այս տարվա հունվարին գործարքների 11 տոկոսն իրականացվել է Կոտայքում, 7.6 տոկոսը` Գեղարքունիքում, 7.4 տոկոսը` Լոռիում, 6.9 տոկոսը` Արարատում, 6.7-ական տոկոսներ՝ Սյունիքում և Արմավիրում, 6.5 տոկոսը` Շիրակում, 5.5 տոկոսը` Արագածոտնում, 5.1 տոկոսը` Տավուշում, 3.6 տոկոսը` Վայոց Ձորում:
