Արթուր Սարգսյանն ազատվել է կալանքից

Կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն, ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու, պահելու, փոխադրելու և 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պարեկապահակետային ծառայության գնդի տարածք մուտք գործելու, նշված ստորաբաժանման վարչական շենքը և հարակից տարածքը զավթելու, պահելու դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված, ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ Արթուր Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կաանավորումը փոփոխելու և անձնական երաշխավորությունը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու խնդրանքով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին են դիմել ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան», «Հայ Ազգային Կոնգրես», «Օրինաց Երկիր», «Հայ Հեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն», «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցությունների և խմբակցություններում և պատգամավորական խմբերում չընդգրկված 27 պատգամավորներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի հրավերով ս.թ. մարտի 6-ին հանդիպում է տեղի ունեցել պատգամավորներ Էդմոն Մարուքյանի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Հեղինե Բիշարյանի, Միքայել Մանուկյանի, Լևոն Զուրաբյանի և Արամ Մանուկյանի հետ: Հանդիպման ընթացքում պատգամավորներին ներկայացվել է Ա.Սարգսյանին առաջադրված մեղադրանքի բովանդակությունը, նրա նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոցի հիմքերը, պարզաբանվել են ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 145 և 147-րդ հոդվածներով նախատեսված՝ անձնական երաշխավորություն խափանման միջոցի կիրառման կարգը, երաշխավորողների իրավունքներն ու պարտակ անությունները, ինչպես նաև վերջիններս նախազգուշացվել են երաշխավորողի պատասխանատվության մասին և առաջարկվել է «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում հանդիպել Ա.Սարգսյանին՝ գործի քննության ընթացքում վերջինիս պատշաճ վարքագիծը, այլ դատավարական պարտականությունները կատարելու և քրեական օրենքով արգելված նոր արարք կատարելուց ձեռնպահ մնալու վերաբերյալ հավաստիանալու համար, որից հետո հաստատել իրենց խնդրանքը կամ հրաժարվել դրանից:
ԱԺ պատգամավորներ Էդմոն Մարուքյանի, Լևոն Զուրաբյանի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Հեղինե Բիշարյանի, Միքայել Մանուկյանի և Արամ Մանուկյանի կողմից իրենց խնդրանքը հաստատելուց և օրենքով նախատեսված դրամական գումարը մուծելուց հետո, 2016 թվականի մարտի 6-ին նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել Ա.Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոփոխելու և անձնական երաշխավորություն խափանման միջոց կիրառելու մասին:
Նույն օրը կայացված որոշման պատճենն ուղարկվել է նախաքննության մարմնին և կալանավորվածներին պահելու վայրի վարչակազմին՝ կատարումն ապահովելու նպատակով:
