«Ելք» դաշինքը քաղաքական սխալ որոշում է համարում Հայաստանի անդամակցումը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը։ Այս մասին մարտի 5-ին, քարոզարշավի անցկացման նպատակով դրամահավաքի միջոցառման ժամանակ հայտարարել է «Ելք» դաշինքի համամասնական ցուցակի 4-րդ հորիզոնականը զբաղեցնող, «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամ Մանե Թանդիլյանը։

Ներկայացնելով դաշինքի նախընտրական ծրագրի հիմնական դրույթները, Մանե Թանդիլյանը, մասնավորապես, առանձնացրեց, որ Հայաստանում սպաների համար բնակարանաշինությունը կհայտարարվի պետական առաջնահերթություն, առաջնագծում մարտական հերթապահության կմեկնեն միայն պայմանագրային զինծառայողները, քաղաքացիներից կձեւավորվի պահեստային բանակ, էապես կբարելավվի բանակում սննդի ու հագուստի որակը։

«Մեր ծրագրի արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ մենք հստակորեն արձանագրել ենք, որ «Ելք» դաշինքը քաղաքական սխալ է համարում Հայաստանի անդամակցումը ԵՏՄ կառույցին։ Հետեւաբար, դաշինքը կարծում է, որ պետք  բանակցություններ սկսել ԵՄ-ի հետ՝ խորը եւ համապարփակ ազատ առեւտրի գոտու ստեղծման պայմանագրի շուրջ»,-ասաց Մանե Թանդիլյանը։

Արցախի հարցում, ըստ նրա, դաշինքն առաջարկում է, առաջին հերթին, հավասարակշռություն ստեղծել Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ։ «Միայն դրանից հետո կարելի է խոսել փոխզիջումների մասին։ Քանի դեռ այդ հավասարակշռությունը խախտված է, որեւէ փոխզիջման մասին «Ելք»-ը չի խոսելու»,-ընդգծեց Թանդիլյանը։
