1. Մի արագացրեք իրադարձությունները

2. Մի ակնկալեք, որ ձեր հարաբերությունները կլուծեն ձեր բոլոր խնդիրները

Ամուր հարաբերությունները ուրախություն եւ հաճույք են պատճառում, իսկ երջանկությունը բոլորիս ներսում է: Ոչ ոք քեզ երջանիկ ու կենսուրախ չի դարձնի, բացի քո սեփական ներքին ուժից: Ոչ մեկի վրա մի դրեք սեփական երջանկության պատասխանատվությունը:

3. Չարժե անգամ մտածել, որ հարաբերություններ կառուցելը հեշտ գործ է

Երկարատեւ հարաբերությունները հրաշալի են, բայց դրանք կառուցելը բարդ է եւ ոչ բոլորի մոտ է ստացվում: Զուգընկերները հաճախ են մտածում, թե հնարավոր է սխալ ընտրություն են արել, ոչ ճիշտ մարդուն են գտել… մտքեր, որոնք կասկածներն են առաջացնում: Մյուս կողմից էլ՝ միգուցե դա հարաբերություններում նոր մակարդակի հասնելու հնարավորություն է: Բոլոր զգացմունքները հակասական են, եւ պետք է աշխատել դրանց զարգացման համար:

4. Թույլ մի տվեք, որ վախը իշխի սիրո եւ անկեղծության նկատմամբ

Դուք երբեք սիրելով չեք պարտվի, միայն առաջ գանալու վախը կարող է ձեզ պահել աուտսայդերի կարգավիճակում: Սերն այն է, որ դու թույլ ես տալիս սիրելիիդ քեզ ցավ պատճառել, քանի որ նրա առջեւ բացում ես սիրտդ, իսկ նա անում է ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի չվնասի քեզ, այլ, հակառակը, պաշտպանի: Առանց վստահության սերը մահանում է: Չի կարելի ապրել այն մտքով, թե քեզ խաբելու են, պետք է սովորել վստահել մարդկանց:

5. Ոչ մի դեպքում մի բացահայտեք մեկդ մյուսի գաղտնիքները

Վստահությունը ցանկացած հարաբերությունների հիքմն է: Եւ եթե այն խախտվել է, դրա վերականգման համար ուժեր ու ժամանակ է հարկավոր: Վերջին շրջանում հաճախ է ասվում. «Ես նրան չեմ խաբել, ընդամենը չեմ ասել ողջ ճշմարտությունը»: Այս պնդումն արդեն հակասական է, քանի որ մինչեւ վերջ չասելը նույնպես կեղծիք է: Ժամանակի հետ ամեն ինչ բացահայտվում է, իսկ դրանից հետո դժվար կլինի վերականգնել վստահությունը: Դա կլինի վերջի սկիզբը:

6. Չպետք է թաքցնել զգացմունքները

Չպետք է ձեւացնել, երբ խոսքը զգացմունքների մասին է: Սիրո մեջ ձեւականությունը տեղ չունի: Պետք է իսկական ու անկեղծ լինել բոլոր հարցերում: Իսկական լինել՝ նշանակում է կարողանալ սիրել:
