Բոլոր տեսակի քաղցկեղների բուժման դեղամիջոցը փորձարկել են տիեզերքում

Ռուսաստանցի գիտնականներն ստեղծել են բոլոր տեսակի եւ բոլոր ստադիաներում գտնվող չարորակ ուռուցքների բուժման համար նախատեսված գենա-ինժեներային դեղամիջոցը, որը նաեւ հոջողությամբ փորձակել են տիեզերքում: Հիվանդներն այն կարող են ստանալ 3-4 տարի հետ: Այդ մասին «Известия» -ին հայտնել է Բժշկա-կենսաբանական դաշնային գործակալության (ФМБА) հատուկ մաքուր դեղամիջոցների պետական գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի փոխտնօրեն Անդրեյ Սիմբիրցեւը:
«Մեր դեղամիջոցի աշխատանքային անվանումը "Ջերմային շոկի սպիտակուց" է՝ ըստ հիմնական ներգործող նյութի: Դա մոլեկուլ է, որն արտադրվում է մարդու օրգանիզմում ի պատասխան տարբեր սթրեսային ազդեցությունների: Պարզվել է, որ այն բացառիկ հատկություն ունի՝ օգնում է բջիջին ցույց տալ ուռուցքային հակագեները եւ դրանով ուժեղացնում է հակաուռուցքային իմունային պատասխանը», -ասել է նա:
Քանի որ այդ սպիտակուցի քնակությունն օրգանիզմում մեծ չէ, մշակվել է նրա սինթեզման հատուկ տեխնոլոգիա: Սպիտակուցի համար պատասխանատու գենը առանձնացվել եւ կլոնավորվել է: Այնուհետեւ ստեղծել են շտամ-պրոդուցենտ եւ բակտերիալ բջիջին ստիպել մարդկային սպիտակուց սինթեզել: Այդ բջիջները լավ են բազմանում, ինչը գիտնականներին թույլ է տվել սպիտակուցների անսահմանափակ քանակություն ստանալ:
«Սպիտակուցի ներգործության ռենտգենակառուցվածքային անալիզի համար նրանից պետք է գերմաքուր բյուրեղ ստանալ: Բայց երկրի ձգողականության պարագայում դա հնարավոր չէ ստանալ: Գաղափար ծնվեց բյուրեղը աճեցնել տիեզերքում: Այդպիսի էքսպերիմենտ իրականացվել է 2015 թվականին: Մենք փաթեթավորեցինք գերմաքուր սպիտակուցը ձողիկների մեջ ու այն ուղարկեցինք ՄՏԿ», -պատմել է Սիմբիրցեւը:
Վեցամսյա թռիչքի ժամանակ ձեղիկներում իդեալական բյուրեղներ են ձեւավորվել: Նրանք բերվել են Երկիր եւ ուսումնասիրվել Ռուսաստանում ու Ճապոնիայում:
Դեղորայքը փորձարկել են մկների եւ առնետների վրա, որոնց մոտ մելանոմներ եւ սարկոմներ են զարգացել: Դեղամիջոցի կիրառումը լիակատար առողջացման է հանգեցրել անգամ վերջին ստադիայում: Այսպիսով, ըստ Սիմբիրցեւի, «կարելի է վստահաբար ասել, որ սպիտակուցը քաղցկեղի բուժման համար անհրաժեշտ կենսաբանական ակտիվություն ունի»:
Չնայած փորձարկման ժամանակ դեղամիջոցը տոքսիկայնություն չի դրսեւորել, նրա անվտանգության մասին վերջնական եզրակացությունը կարվի մինչկլինիկական հետազտությունների ավարտից հետո, որի համար կպահանջվի մեկ տարի: Հետո գիտնականները ձեռնամուխ կլինեն կլինիկական փորձարկումներին:
