ԱՄՆ-ից միգրանտների հոսքը կանադացիներին չի մտահոգում․հարցում

Կանադացիների մեծ մասը համարում է, որ միգրանտները , որոնք ԱՄՆ-ից Կանադա են ժամանում, վտանգ չեն ներկայացնում։ Այս մասին են վկայում Nanos Research հարցման արդյունքները։
Եվ այսպես, հարցման մասնակիցների 62 տոկոսը վստահ է, որ այդ մարդիկ ոչ մի սպառնալիք չեն ներկայացնում կանադական հասարակության համար, 28 տոկոսը հայտնել է, որ միգրանտները պոտենցիալ ահաբեկչական վտանգ են Կանադայի համար ու սպառնալիք՝ կանադացիների աշխատատեղերին։ Եւս 10 տոկոսը դժվարացել է պատասխանել այդ հարցին։
52 տոկոսը աջակցել է «բաց դռների» քաղաքականություն, որը վարում է Ջասթին Թրյուդոյի կառավարությունը ԱՄՆ-ից եկող միգրանտների հանդեպ, 16 տոկոսը կտրականապես դեմ է այդ քաղաքականությանը։ Մյուսները միջանկյալ պատասխաններ են տվել։
2017-ի սկզբից ԱՄՆ-ից Կանադա է ժամանել գրեթե 1․7 հազար միգրանտ՝ վախենալով Դոնալդ Թրամփի իմիգրացիոն քաղաքականության հետեւանքով երկրից արտաքսվելուց։ Ընդ որում նրանցից 430-ը սահմանը ապօրինաբար է հատել։
