Մարդուն երջանիկ դարձնելու մի քանի հմտություններ

Շուրջ 75 տարի տևած երկարատև հետազոտություն արդյունքները, որ կատարել էին հարվարդի համալսարանի գիտնականները, վերջերս հրապարակել են։ Գիտնականները փորձել են պարզել՝ ինչն է մարդուն ավելի երջանիկ դարձնում։
Հետազոտողները սկսել են աշխատել դեռևս 1938թ․ սկսած՝ ուսումնասիրելով Հարվարդի մոտ 268 շրջանավարտների կյանքը։ Նրանք ուսումնասիրության ընթացքում հաշվի են առել մասնակիցների հոգեբանական, ֆիզիկական, մարդաբանական առանձնահատկությունները, մասնավորապես բնավորությունը, IQ-ն, վատ և լավ սովորությունները, բոլոր նախասիրությունները։
Գիտնականները պարզել են, որ երջանկության վրա ազդող բացասական գործոնների թվում առաջին տեղում ալկոհոլն է, որը ամուսնալուծությունների պատճառ է հանդիսացել շատերի մոտ։
Երջանկության մյուս կարևոր գործոնը IQ-ի մակարդակն է։ Տղամարդիկ, որոնց IQ-ի մակարդակը 100-ից 115 է եղել, ավելի քիչ են վաստակել , քան ինտելեկտի ավելի բարձր մակարդակ ունեցողները։
Վերջին գործոնը, որը կապված է առողջության, երջանկության և մարդու բարեկեցության հետ, հարազատների և շրջապատող մարդկանց հետ լավ հարաբերություններն են։
Գիտնականները նաև պարզել են, թե ինչպես է սելֆին ազդում մարդու վրա: Եվ արդյունքում պարզել են, որ օրական մի քանի անգամ լուսանկարվող եւ համացանցում նկարները հրապարակող մարդկանց արյան մեջ էնդորֆինի մակարդակը 30%-ով ավելի բարձր է:
Մասնագետները, սակայն, նաեւ հիշեցնում են, որ սելֆիով չափազանց տարվելն ու շրջապատի կարծիքից կախվածությունը կարող է բացասաբար անդրադառնալ մարդու էմոցիոնալ վիճակի վրա և վատ հետևանքներ ունենալ:
