«Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, կառավարությունում քննարկվում է Երևանի կենտրոնը «Զվարթնոց» օդակայանին կապող վերգետնյա էլեկտրագնացքի գիծ կառուցելու մի ծրագիր: Այն ունենալու է մոտ 13 կիլոմետր երկարություն:
Նշված էլեկտրագնացքի կառուցման նախագիծը մեկն է կառավարության այն ծրագրերից, որոնց իրականացումը պետք է այս տարի հանգեցնի տնտեսական աճի: Շինարարության ողջ արժեքը գնահատվում է մոտ 80 միլիոն դոլար: Գաղավսսրն այն է, որ դրա շինարարության վրա կաշխատեն բազմաթիվ մարդիկ, աշխատավարձ կստանան, շինարարության համար կօգտագործվի շինանյութ, որը արտադրող ձեռնարկությունները պատվերներ կստանան, իրենց հերթին այդ ձեռնարկությունների աշխատողները աշխատավարձ կստանան... Մի խոսքով նման շինարարությունը աշխուժություն կմտցնի տնտեսության մեջ: Սակայն կառավարությունում կան այս նախագծին ընդդիմացողներ: Վերջիններս պնդում են, որ այդ էլեկտրագնացքի շահագործումը տնտեսապես անարդյանավետ է: Նախ՝ չկա դրա պահանջարկը, և բացի այդ՝ հետագայում դրա սպասարկման վրա շատ գումար է ծախսվելու, քան շահագործումից ստացվելիք եկամուտն է։ Մեր աղբյոտները նշում են, որ այս նախագծի հաստատման և իրագործման հավանականությունը բավականին փոքր է»,–գրում է թերթը։
