 Ադրբեջանի վրա միջազգային ճնշումները պետք է ավելի հստակ դառնան: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` մարտի 1-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գագիկ Մինասյանը:

«Դա հնարավորություն կտա բանակցային գործընթացում առաջընթաց ակնկալել, սակայն երբ շփման գծում լարվածություն և ուժի կիրառման սպառնալիք գոյություն ունի, բանակցային գործընթացում առաջընթաց ակնկալել հնարավոր չէ»,- ընդգծեց Մինասյանը:

Նրա խոսքով` ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբն իրականացրեց իր պարտականությունները՝ կազմակերպելով հակամարտող կողմերի հանդիպումներ Վիեննայում և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում, սակայն, ցավոք, Ադրբեջանը չի ցանկանում իր նպաստը բերել հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը:

Մինասյանը նշեց նաև, որ  ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո հայկական կողմը  առավել ամուր պաշտպանական համակարգերով զինել է առաջնագիծը, ինչի շնորհիվ հակառակորդի դիվերսիոն խմբերի ցանկացած ոտնձգություն միանգամից նկատվում է։

«Կարծում եմ, այս մոտեցումը շատ ավելի պետք է խորացվի, որովհետև բավական չէ ապավինել բացառապես միջազգային հանրության կոշտ արձագանքին։ Այդ հայտարարություններին Ադրբեջանն ականջալուր չի լինում։ Միայն մեր պաշտպանական հնարավորությունների հզորացումը կարող է զսպել ադրբեջանական կողմի սանձարձակ քայլերը»,-  շեշտեց Մինասյանը։
