Հայաստան ամենաշատ մարդասիրական օգնությունն ուղարկել է ԱՄՆ-ը

Հայաստան մարդասիրական օգնության կարգով 2016թ. հունվար-դեկտեմբերին է ներմուծվել 7 631.2 տոննա ապրանք, որի արժեքը կազմել է 45 միլիոն 630 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալները, մարդասիրական օգնությունն ուղարկվել է ԱՊՀ, Եվրամիության և այլ երկրնեից:
Ամենաշատ օգնություն ուղարկած երկրներն են ԱՄՆ-ը՝ 9 միլիոն 578.3 հազար դոլար, Շվեյցարիան՝ 7 միլիոն 731 հազար դոլար, Չինաստանը՝ 6 միլիոն 499.2 հազար դոլար: ԵՄ երկրներից մարդասիրական ամենաշատ օգնություն ուղարկել է Իտալիան՝ 2 միլիոն 429.1 հազար դոլար, Գերմանիան՝ 1 միլիոն 827.1 հազար դոլար, Միացյալ Թագավորությունը՝ 1 միլիոն 784.4 հազար դոլար, ԱՊՀ երկրներից՝ Ռուսաստանը՝ 14.1 հազար դոլար: Ստացված ընդհանուր օգնության 51.7 տոկոսը կազմել է քիմիայի և դրա հետ կապված արդյունաբերության ճյուղերի արտադրանքը, 14.3 տոկոսը` մանածագործական իրերը, 7.3 տոկոսը` տարբեր արդյունաբերական ապրանքները, 7.1 տոկոսը` մեքենաներ, սարքավորումներ և մեխանիզմները, 5.8 տոկոսը` սարքեր և ապարատները, իսկ 13.8 տոկոսը` մնացած ապրանքները:
Բարեգործական ծրագրերի համակարգման հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Սիմոն Տեր-Սիմոնյանի խոսքերով՝ մարդասիրական օգնությունը Հայաստան է գալիս տարբեր կազմակերպությունների միջոցով, տարբեր ծրագրերի շրջանակներում:
«Կան մարդասիրական բեռներ, որոնք Հայաստան են ուղարկում կոնկրետ նպատակի, օրինակ, շինարարության համար և ունեն կոնկրետ հասցեատերեր՝ մանկապարտեզներ, մանկատներ, դպրոցներ: Երբ բեռներ են ուղարկում, մեզ մոտ նախապես ծրագիր է հաստատվում, ներկայացվում է քննարկման, ուղարկվում է կոնկրետ իրավասության ոլորտում գտնվող նախարարություն կամ համայնք, որակվում է բարեգործական և որոշվում են շահառուները: Համագործակցություն իրականցվում է տվյալ ոլորտի նախարարության հետ, օրինակ, եթե ուղարկվում է դեղորայք, բժշկական պարագաներ, համագործակցություն իրական ացվում է Առողջապահության նախարարության հետ: Նրանց կարծիքը ստանալուց հետո միայն, թույլ ենք տալիս, որ այն մտնի Հայաստան: ԱՆ-ում գործում է մարդասիրական օգնության կենտրոն: Այն ստանում է ամբողջ բեռը, որից հետո, նախարարի հրահանգով, ըստ ոլորտների բաժանվում է: Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հետ համաձայնեցնում ենք անապահով ընտանիքների համար նախատեսված, նաև մանկատներին ուղարկվող բեռները»,-ասում է Սիմոն Տեր-Սիմոնյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ կան մարդասիրական օգնության բեռներ, որոնք հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար են: Այն իրականացվում է «Փյունիկ» հաշմանդամների միության միջոցով: Կա մարդասիրական օգնություն, որը գալիս է կոնկրետ, օրինակ, «Տիրամայր Հայաստան կուսաստան» կազմակերպության անունով:
