Շաքարային դիաբետ ունեցող երեխաները և երիտասարդները բարձրորակ բուժում կստանան միջազգային առաջադեմ ուղեցույցներով

Ծառայությունների որակը բարձրացնելուն միտված քաղաքականության շրջանակում նախարարությունն այսուհետև առաջին տիպի շաքարային դիաբետ ունեցող երեխաների և երիտասարդների բուժումը կիրականացնի միջազգայնորեն ընդունված առաջադեմ ուղեցույցներով: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

«Վերահսկի՛ր դիաբետը, ապրի՛ր լիարժեք կյանքով» ծրագրի շրջանակում  նախարարությունն արդեն իսկ Հայաստանի և Արցախի դիաբետ ունեցող բոլոր երեխաներին և երիտասարդներին ապահովում  է գերկարճատև ինսուլինային անալոգով։ Նրանք արդեն կապահովվեն նաև երկարատև ազդեցության ինսուլինային անալոգով։ Այս երկու ինսուլինների համակցումը ներկայումս համարվում է առաջին տիպի դիաբետի բուժման ամենաարդյունավետ և ժամանակակից մեթոդը։ Այս մեթոդի կիրառման շնորհիվ կրկնակի պակասում է ներարկումների անհրաժեշտությունը, բարելավվում երեխաների և երիտասարդնե րի կյանքի որակը։  Նման բուժման շնորհիվ նվազում է դիաբետի սուր բարդությունների առաջացման հաճախականությունը, կանխարգելվում  են քրոնիկ բարդությունները։ Արդյունքում` տնտեսվում են  դրանց բուժման համար անհրաժեշտ պետական ֆինանսական միջոցները։

Նշենք, որ մոտ մեկ տարի առաջ մեկնարկած «Վերահսկի՛ր դիաբետը, ապրի՛ր լիարժեք կյանքով» ծրագրի շրջանակում առաջին տիպի դիաբետ ունեցող երեխաներն ու երիտասարդներն ապահովվում են ինսուլինային գրիչ-ներարկիչներով և դրանց ասեղներով։ Բուժման արդյունավետությունը չափվում է հատուկ սարքերի և թեստ-երիզների միջոցով, տրվում է հստակ գնահատական։

Նորացված և հագեցված դիաբետի ուսուցման 4 կենտրոններում կազմակերպվում են դասընթացներ, առաջին տիպի դիաբետ ունեցող երեխաներն ու երիտասարդներն ու նրանց ծնողներն ապահովվում են անհրաժեշտ կրթական նյութերով։  

Առաջին տիպի շաքարային դիաբետ ունեցող երեխաները և երիտասարդները շուտով կզգան միջազգային առաջադեմ ուղեցույցներով  բուժման արդյունավետությունը։
