Կիեւում Վ.Ի.Վերնադսկու անվան Ուկրաինայի ազգային գրադարանի մասնաշենքում մարտի 1-ին տեղի կունենա «Հայ գիրքն Ուկրաինայում. 400-ամյա պատմություն» բացառիկ ցուցահանդեսի հանդիսավոր բացումը: 
 
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է  AnalitikaUA.net-ը, առաջին անգամ լայն հասարակայնությանը կներկայացվեն եզակի փաստաթղթեր, որոնք լույս են սփռում հայ եւ ուկրաինացի ժողովուրդների բարեկամական կապերի վրա: Խոսքը վերաբերում Է 14-րդ, 16-րդ եւ 17-րդ դարերի ձեռագրերի, Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ 19-րդ դարի-20-րդ դարասկզբի հրատարակությունների, հայկական երաժշտության պատմությանը նվիրված գրքերի, «Հայկական գրադարան» ժամանակակից կոլեկցիոն հիմնադրամին, որը հիմնվել Է 2015 թվականին: Ցուցահանդեսի շնորհանդեսը կանցկա ցնի հայտնի պատմաբան, Ուկրաինայի հայերի միության պատմամշակութային ժառանգության հարցերի կոմիտեի ղեկավար Դավիթ Դավթյանը:
 
Ինչպես նշում են կազմակերպիչները, հայ համայնքը նկատելի տեղ Է գրավում Ուկրաինայի պատմության մեջ: «Ուկրաինայի հայերի բազմադարյան պատմությունը եւ մշակույթը բացառիկ երեւույթ Է, ստեղծագործական տքնանքի զուգորդումը ինքնատիպ մշակույթի պահպանման հետ»: 
 
Հայ ժողովրդի գրավոր ժառանգության մեջ, որը պահվում Է Ուկրաինայի գրապահոցներում, պատվավոր տեղ են գրավում ձեռագրերը: Վերնադսկու անվան Ուկրաինայի ազգային գրադարանի ձեռագրերի ինստիտուտի ֆոնդերում, որոնք իրենց բովանդակությամբ ու ծավալով ամենամեծն են Ուկրաինայում, պահվում են հայերեն երեք  Ավետարաններ, որոնք հայկական գրավոր ու գեղարվեստական մշակույթի հիանալի նմուշներ են: Հայկական ձեռագրերի թվում Է նաեւ 17-րդ դարի հայ-լատիներեն բառարանը:
 
Ընդգրկուն ցուցահանդեսն այն նշանակալի ավանդի ցայտուն վկայությունն Է, որ հայերը ներդրել են Ուկրաինայի մշակույթի մեջ եւ միաժամանակ ուկրաինացի ժողովրդի հարգանքի դրսեւորումը Ուկրաինայի հայերի բազմադարյան գրավոր ու տպագիր եզակի ժառանգության նկատմամբ, որը պահվում ու պահպանվում Է ուկրաինական պետության կողմից:
 
Ինչպես հայտնի Է, Ուկրաինայի հայ համայնքն ամենախոշորներից ու կազմակերպվածներից մեկն Է: Հայերը նկատելի տեղ են գրավում Ուկրաինայի պատմության մեջ: Ժամանակակից Ուկրաինայի տարածքում հայերի հայտնվելը թվագրվում Է 11-12-րդ դարերով: Ուկրաինական հողերում գտնվելու բազմադարյան պատմության ընթացքում հայերն ստեղծել են նյութական ու հոգեւոր հսկայական ժառանգություն: 
 
Հայ համայնքն ինտեգրվել Է ուկրաինական հասարակությանը՝ ընդսմին պահպանելով իր մշակութային, ազգային ու կրոնական առանձնահատկությունները: Ներկայում Ուկրաինայում ապրում Է բազմահազարանոց հայ համայնքը, ազգային համայնքներ են գործում հանրապետության բազմաթիվ քաղաքներում, աշխատում են հասարակական-մշակութային կազմակերպություններ: Հայերը կառուցում են եկեղեցիներ, դպրոցներ, զարգացնում ազգային մշակույթը: 
 
Հիշեցնենք նաեւ, որ Ուկրաինայի հայերի միությունը՝ Վիլեն Շատվորյանի ղեկավարությամբ, դարձել Է միակ համաուկրաինական կազմակերպությունը, որը միավորում Է երկրում գործող հայկական բոլոր կազմակերպությունները:
