Արցախի ԱԳՆ-ն կոչ է անում ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանի սադրիչ քաղաքականության՝ հրաժարվել անհասցե կոչերից

Ադրբեջանական կողմից հրահրվող լարվածության թեժացումն Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի շփման գծում միայն խորացնում է անվստահությունը և հեռացնում հակամարտության վերջնական կարգավորման հեռանկարները։ Այս մասին նշված է Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության հայտարարության մեջ:
«Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը փետրվարի 24-ի լույս 25-ի գիշերը հարձակման փորձ են ձեռնարկել Արցախի (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի) պաշտպանության բանակի դիրքերի վրա, որը չեզոքացվել է արցախյան ստորաբաժանումների ջանքերով։ Տեղի ունեցածը 2016 թ ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի լրջագույն խախտումն է։ Ինչպես և անցյալ տարվա ապրիլին, դրան նախորդեցին ադրբեջանական կողմի սիստեմատիկ և նպատակային քայլերը՝ ուղղված լարվածության փուլ առ փուլ թեժացմանը։
Ս․թ փետրվարի 25-ի միջադեպը հանդիսանում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից ինչպես 1994-1995 թթ․ համաձայնագրերի, այնպես էլ Վիեննայի և Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգի համաձայնությունների շրջանակներում իր վրա ստանձնած պարտավորությունների նկատմամբ բացահայտ արհամարհանքի հերթական ապացույցը։ Ակնհայտ է, որ բարձրացնելով լարվածության աստիճանը շփման գծում՝ ադրբեջանական կողմը փորձում է ոչ միայն Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի մարտունակությունը, այլև միջազգային հանրության արձագանքն ուժի կիրառման նկատմամբ։
Հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացը տապալելու և պատերազմի պատրաստվելու ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների գործողությունների նկատմամբ միջազգային հանրության կողմից խիստ և հասցեական գնահատականի բացակայությունն էր, որ որոշակի առումով 2016 թ․ ապրիլին ձևավորեց մի իրավիճակ՝ օգտվելով որից, Բաքուն հնարավոր համարեց ձեռնարկել ռազմական ագրեսիա ընդդեմ Արցախի։
Ադրբեջանական կողմից հրահրվող լարվածության թեժացումը շփման գծում միայն խորացնում է անվստահությունը և հեռացնում հակամարտության վերջնական կարգավորման հեռանկարները։ Կարծում ենք, որ ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանի սադրիչ քաղաքականությանը՝ հարկավոր է հրաժարվել հակամարտության կողմերին ուղղված անհասցե կոչերից և ընդարձակել ջանքերը՝ հրադադարի ռեժիմի ամրապնդման և բանակցային գործընթացի վերսկսման պայմանների ստեղծման շուրջ Վիեննայում և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների պրակտիկ իրագործման համար»,-ասված է հայտարարութ յան մեջ։
