Թուրքիայի դատարանը կալանավորել է գերմանական Die Welt թերթի լրագրողին

Ստամբուլում դատարանը բավարարել է դատախազության հարցումը գերմանական Die Welt թերթի թղթակից, Թուրքիայի ու Գերմանիայի քաղաքացի Դենիզ Յուջելին կալանավորելու համար, հայտնում է DW–ը։
Գերմանիայի ԱԳՆ-ի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարտին Շեֆերը փետրվարի 27-ին հերթական անգամ Թուրքիայի իշխանություններին կոչ է արել ազատ արձակել Դենիզ Յուջելին։ Մեկ օր առաջ արտգործնախարար ԶԻգմար Գաբրիելը քննադատել էր Թուրքիային, ասելով , որ «ոչ մի անհրաժեշտություն չկար» ու որ բոլորովին արդարացված չէ Դենիզ Յուջելին այդքան երկար ձերբակալված պահելը՝ մինչեւ դատախազությունում նրա հարցաքննությունը։ Բացի այդ բունդեսթագի 160 պատգամավորներ Գերմանիայում Թուրքիայի դեսպանին ուղղված նամակով կոչ են արել աջակցել նրա ազատ արձակմանը։
Դենիզ Յուջելը կամավոր էր ներկայացել Ստամբուլի ոստիկանություն փետրվարի 14-ին։ Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները նրան կասկածում են ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությանն անդամակցության, քարոզչություն տարածելու ու տեղեկությունների գործածման չարաշահումների մեջ։ Քանի որ Թուրքիայում արտակարգ իրադրության ռեժիմ է, կասկածյալներին կարող են առանց մեղադրանք առաջադրելու 14 օր ձերբակալված պահել։
Dpa գործակալության տվյալներով, խոսքը հավանաբար էլեկտրոնային հաղորդագրությունների մասին է, որոնք առեւանգվել էին էնեգետիկայի նախարար Բերատ Ալբայրակի՝ նախագահ Էրդողանի փեսայի էլեկտրոնային փոստից։ Դենիզ Յուջելի երկու հրապարակումներում հիշատակվել էին հաքերական Redhack խմբի տարածած էլեկտրոնային նամակները։ Իսկ Redhack խումբը Թուրքիայում ահաբեկչական կազմակերպություն է ճանաչված։
