ԼՂՀ մշակույթի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարության նախաձեռնությամբ փետրվարի 27-ին Արցախի պետական համալսարանում կայացել է հանդիպում գրող-հրապարակախոս, լրագրող, նկարիչ Բակուր Կարապետյանի հետ:
Հանդիպմանը բացման խոսքով հանդես է եկել ԱրՊՀ ուսանողների հետ տարվող աշխատանքների գծով պրոռեկտոր Վիտյա Յարամիշյանը, ով հակիրճ ներկայացրել է Բ. Կարապետյանի կյանքի ու գործունեության ուղին: Վ.Յարամիշյանի խոսքով՝ Բ. Կարապետյանի հեղինակած 35 գրքերի մեծ մասը նվիրված է արցախյան գոյապայքարի թեմային:
Բ. Կարապետյանն ասել է, որ ինքը հանդիպում է ունեցել նաև Շուշիի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանում և տեղի Խաչատուր Աբովյանի անվան հանրակրթական դպրոցում: Գրող-հրապարակախոսը հատուկ ընդգծել է, որ ուղիղ 29 տարի առաջ՝ այս օրն են հենց սկսվել սումգայիթյան ջարդերը:
Միջոցառմանը ներկայացվել է Բ. Կարապետյանի նկարահանած 54 րոպեանոց «Սումգայիթյան ալիքներ» ռուսալեզու վավերագրական ֆիլմը, ուր պատմվում է Սումգայիթի հայերի նկատմամբ կազմակերպված եղեռնի մասին: «Փաստագրական նյութեր հավաքելունպատակով ես Սումգայիթ եմ մեկնել 1988 թվականի մարտին և այնտեղ մնացել 10 օր: Հավաքագրած նյութերի հիմանվրա վավերագրական ֆիլմ եմ ստեղծել: Ինձ հաջողվել է ֆիլմում ներկայացնել ականատեսների վկայությունները, ցուցադրել այն բնակարանները, վայրերը, որտեղ տեղի են ունեցել եղերական իրադարձությունները: Ֆիլմը ռուսերեն է, քանի որ նպատակ եմ ունեցել միջազգային հանրությանը ծանոթացնել սումգայիթյան ողբերգություններին: Ֆիլմըցուցադրվել է ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսում, Կիևում և այլուր. այն տարածել ենք նաև սոցցանցերով: Ըստ հավաստիաղբյուրների՝ ֆիլմում ներկայացված ականատեսներից մի քանիսին Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը, երկարփնտրտուքից հետո, գտել և տանջամահ է արել՝ իրական փաստեր ներկայացնելու համար,- տեղեկացրել է Բ. Կարապետյանը և ընդգծել,- այսօր արդ են կասկածի ենթակա չէ, որ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը հատուկ ծրագրովՍումգայիթում կազմակերպել է հայերի ջարդեր»:
«Բոլոր հայերիս համար Սումգայիթի ջարդերն անմոռանալի ու ցավալի իրադարձություններ են: Եթե մենք թույլ տայինք, մեր թշնամիները նման այլ ոճրագործություններ էլ կշարունակեին կատարել»,- ասել է ֆիլմի հեղինակը: Վերջում Բ.Կարապետյանը պատասխանել է ներկաների հարցադրումներին՝ տալով սպառիչ պատասխաններ:
