ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու 1997 թ. ծնված, Երևանի բնակիչ Կառլեն Գրիգորյանի սպանության հանգամանքները։   Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

2017թ. փետրվարի 26-ին Թլիկ համայնքի ղեկավարից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Թլիկ գյուղի հարակից դաշտում պարանոցի շրջանում արնահոսող վնասվածքով երիտասարդի դի կա:

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը: Արագածոտնի մարզի Թլիկ գյուղի վարչական տարածքում՝ գյուղամիջյան ճանապարհին, հայտնաբերվել է Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1997թ. ծնված Կ. Գրիգորյանի դիակը՝ մարմնի տարբեր շրջաններում կտրած-ծակած բազմաթիվ վնասվածքներով:

Դեպքի առթիվ Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Կազմվել է քննչական խումբ։

Դեպքի  վայրի զննությամբ՝ Թլիկ գյուղ տանող ճանապարհի մոտ՝ դիակի հայտնաբերման վայրից 400 մետր հեռավորության վրա, հայտնաբերվել է «Մերսեդես» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, իսկ մեքենայի կողքին՝ մեկ հատ դանակ:  Սպանությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով Թլիկ գյուղի մոտակայքից բերման է ենթարկվել, ապա՝ ձերբակալվել Գյումրի քաղաքի 24-ամյա մի բնակիչ։  Վերջինս հրաժարվել է որպես կասկածյալ ցուցմունք տալ և ցանկություն է հայտնել հանրային պաշտպան ունենալ։

Կ.Գրիգորյանը ճանաչվել է տուժող: Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։ Հարցաքննվել մի շարք անձինք, նրանց թվում՝ դեպքին ականատես վկա։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու, սպանության շարժառիթը պարզելու ուղղությամբ: 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
