Փետրվարի 26-ին, դաժան սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում։
Ժամը 17։30-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Թալինի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել , որ Երևան-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհի Թլիկ գյուղի վարչական տարածքում՝ ձնակույտում հայտնված Mercedes կա իսկ մեքենայից քիչ այն կողմ տղամարդու դի կա։
Ինչպես Արագածոտնի մարզից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված վայր են ժամանում ոստիկանության Արագածոտնի մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը, մարզի ոստիկանապետ Ռոման Կիրակոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Ժամանում են նաև ոստիկանության Թալինի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը, Թալինի ոստիկանապետ Արմեն Մելոյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանում նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության մեծ թվով քննիչներ, մարզի քննչական վարչության պետ Կարեն Շահբազյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները Mercedes մակնիշի 35 DX 790 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի մոտ հայտնաբերում են պարանոցը կտրած տղամարդու դի։
Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն տղամարդը մահացել է դանակի մի քանի հարվածներից։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով մահացածը Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 20-ամյա Կառլեն Գրիգորյանն էր, ով ավտոմեքենան շահագործում էր որպես տաքսի։
Նույն պահին մարզի ոստիկանապետի, Թալինի ոստիկանապետի, մարզի քննչական վարչության պետի, ինչպես նաև Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության սահմանապահ զորքերի ծառայողների հետ մի քանի ժամ՝ մոտ 5 կմ շառավղով սկսվում է որոնողական աշխատանքներ։
Արդյունքում ժամերի ընթացքում նշված սպանությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով Թալինի ոստիկանություն բերման են ենթարկում Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչ, ժամանակավորապես Երևանում բնակվող 25-ամյա Վահան Հովսեփյանին։
Գ․Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով կասկածյալը Լենինգրադյան փողոցում նստում է նշված տաքսին և պատվիրում ուղևորություն դեպքի Գյումրի։
Արդեն նշված հատվածում ճիվաղը դանակի մի քանի հարվածներով կտրում է երիտասարդի պարանոցը, որից հետո դին տեղափոխում է ավտոմեքենայի հետնամաս և փորձոււմ այդ ավտոմեքենայով սպանության վայրից ճողոպրել, ինչը նրան չի հաջողվում և հայտնվում է ձնակույտի մեջ ու հետո մեքենան թողնելով գնում է փախուստի։
Փաստի առթիվ Արագածոտնի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր․օր․-ի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշով։
Կասկածյալ Վ․ Հովսեփյանը ձերբակալվել է։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
