Դեսպան Մկրտչյանը Հայոց պատմությանը վերաբերող գրականություն է նվիրաբերել Էստոնիայի Ազգային գրադարանին

Էստոնիայի Հանրապետության կազմավորման 99-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումներին մասնակցելու նպատակով Տալլինում էր գտնվում Էստոնիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Տիգրան Մկրտչյանը (նստավայրը՝ Վիլնյուս), որտեղ վերջինս ունեցավ մի շարք հանդիպումներ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, Էստոնիայի ազգային գրադարանի գլխավոր տնօրեն Յաննե Անդրեսոյի հետ ունեցած հանդիպման ընթացում դեսպան Մկրտչյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց տիկին Անդրեսոյին Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարյուրամյակի միջոցառումների շրջանակներում «Հայոց ցեղասպանության լուսաբանումը միջազգային մամուլի առաջին էջերին» խորագրով ցուցահանդեսը գրադարանում անցկացնելու կապակցությամբ, ինչպես նաև արժևոեց գրադարանի և դեսպանության միջև արդեն ավանդական դարձած արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը:
Ազգային գրադարանի տնօրենը հայտնեց, որ շահագրգռված է ՀՀ դեսպանության հետ կառուցողական համագործակցության զարգացման հարցում:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին Ազգային գրադարանի հետ մի շարք ծրագրեր իրականացնելու առաջարկություններ և միաժամանակ ընդգծվեց Հայաստանի և Էստոնիայի ազգային գրադարանների միջև հարաբերություններին իրավական հիմք հաղորդելու կարևորությունը:
Հանդիպման ավարտին դեսպան Մկրտչյանը Էստոնիայի Ազգային գրադարանին նվիրեց Հայոց պատմությանը վերաբերող գրականություն:
Այնուհետև, Տիգրան Մկրտչյանը հանդիպում ունեցավ Էստոնիայի վարչապետի արտաքին կապերի հարցերով գլխավոր խորհրդական Ռեյն Տամմսաարի հետ, որի ընթացքում քննարկվեցին երկկողմ տնտեսական կապերը խորացնելուն միտված երկուստեք ձեռնարկվելիք անհրաժեշտ քայլերը:
Դեսպան Մկրտչյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունն իր առաջնահերթություններից մեկն է համարում բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացումը, և, հաշվի առնելով էստոնական կողմի մեծ փորձն այդ ոլորտում, ընդգծեց երկու երկրներում բնագավառի պատասխանատուների համաժողովներ և հավաքներ նախաձեռնելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
Ռեյն Տամմսաարը նշեց, որ Էստոնիան բարձր է գնահատում Հայաստանի հետ բարեկամական կապերի խորացումը, և առկա են բոլոր նախապայմանները տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտներում փոխշահավետ համագործակցություն ծավալելու համար: Էստոնիայի վարչապետի խորհրդականը նաև նշեց, որ երկու երկրների կառավարությունների համագործակցությունն առավել արդյունավետ կարող է զարգանալ երկկողմ ոլորտային պայմանավորվածությունների ձեռքբերման և դրանց արդյունավետ իրականացման պարագայում:
Նույն օրը դեսպան Մկրտչյանը հանդիպում ունեցավ նաև Ռիիգիկոգուի (խորհրդարան) արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Մարկո Միհկելսոնի հետ, որի ընթացքում մտքեր փոխանակվեցին երկկողմ հարաբերությունների առավել զարգացմանն ու օրենսդիր մարմինների միջև փոխհարաբերությունների խորացմանն ուղղված քայլերի շուրջ:
Մարկո Միհկելսոնի խնդրանքով դեսպան Մկրտչյանն անդրադարձավ Արցախի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի միջև շփման գծում Ադրբեջանի կողմից շարունակվող, պարբերական բնույթ կրող հրադադարի կոպտագույն խախտումներին, ինչն ավելի է սրում լարվածությունը տարածաշրջանում և հանգեցնում նորանոր զոհերի:
Դեսպանը նաև անդրադարձավ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության կողմից պատմության կեղծարարություններին և դրանց հիման վրա տարբեր խորհրդարաններում քաղաքական օգուտներ կորզելու փորձերին:
