ՀՀԿ–ն է որոշել, որ Շմայսը հեղինակություն ու «արժեքություններ» ունի ժողովրդի հանդեպ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արմավիրում ՀՀԿ ռեյտինգային ցուցակով առաջադրված Առաքել Մովսիսյանը՝ Շմայսը, իրեն պատկերացնում է միայն մաքուր օրենսդիրի կարգավիճակում ու չի պատկերացնում անգամ Արմավիրի «գազավիկի»՝ Ամրավիրի գազի գրասենյակի ղեկավար: 
Երեկ «Փաստի» հարցին՝ ճի՞շտ է, որ ինքն ընտրություններից հետո չի գնալու խորհրդարան, այլ դառնալու է Արմավիրի գազի գրասենյակի ղեկավար, Մովսիսյանը բացասական պատասխան տվեց՝ հայտարարելով. «Ում ինչքան գազ պետք ա, թող գան, տամ»: 

Արդեն գրել ենք, որ «Փաստի» տեղեկություններով` ՀՀԿ վերնախավը Շմայսի պահով որոշում է կայացրել, որ նա պատգամավոր չի դառնա, քանի որ նրա ձայների թիվը 5000–ը չի անցնի, իսկ դա բավարար չէ ԱԺ մտնելու համար: 
Մինչդեռ՝ հիմնականում ԱԺ դահլիճում վիրավորանքներով ու հայհոյանքներով հանրությանը հայտնի դարձած Շմայսը, ով ժամանակին սպառնում էր բռնաբարել Սեյրան Օհանյանին բան ասողներին, հիմա հետ է կանգնել այդ որոշումից, քանի որ հատկապես վերջին շրջանում Սեյրան Օհանյանի հասցեին բան ասողների պակաս չկա, իսկ Շմայսն անտարբեր է, իրեն պատկերացնում է միայն մաքուր օրենսդիրի կարգավիճակում: 
«Կուսակցությունը տենց ա որոշել, ես էլ տենց շարժվում եմ»,– օրենսդիր դառնալու մղումը մեկնաբանեց Մովսիսյանը: Բնականաբար դժվար է հիշել օրենսդիր Շմայսի որևէ օրինագիծ, փոխարենը հանրությունը հիշում է ԱԺ դահլիճում նրա հնչեցրած հայհոյանքները՝ այդ թվում կնոջ հասցեին: 

Հստակեցմանը, թե ինքը ցանկություն չուներ առաջադրվելու, կուսակցությո՞ւնն է որոշել, ասաց. «Եթե ես կուսակցական եմ, կուսակցության որոշումները պետք է ընդունեմ: Երկրորդ՝ կուսակցությունը հենց ընենց որոշում չի կայացնում, հետաքրքրված են՝ տարածքում ինչ հեղինակություն ունենք մարդկային, արժեքներ ունենք ժողովրդի նկատմամբ, որոշել եմ ներառվել ռեյտինգային ցուցակում»: 
Խնդրեցինք մանրամասնել, թե «ժողովրդի հանդեպ արժեքներ ունենալ» ասելով ի՞նչ նկատի ունի: «Եթե Դուք արժեքություններով եք զբաղված, էդ հարցը Դուք ինձ չպիտի տաք»,– եղավ ապագա օրենսդիրի պատասխանը: 
Առաքել Մովսիսյանը թերևս նկատի ունի, որ հարցը պետք է ուղղել ՀՀԿ–ին, ավելի ճիշտ՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանին, ով էլ որոշել է, որ հաջորդ խորհրդարանում հենց Շմայսը պետք է լինի ՀՀԿ օրենսդիրը:
