«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Փետրվարի 2–ին ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարի տեղակալ նշանակված Հայկ Հարությունյանը օրեր առաջ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել իր 2017 թ. պաշտոնը ստանձնելու հայտարարագիրը:
Ըստ Հարությունյանի հայտարարագրի՝ նա ունի մեկ արտադրական նշանակության շինություն: Շարժական գույքի վերաբերյալ որևէ տեղեկություն չկա: Նորանշանակ տեղակալի դրամական միջոցները պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա՝ փետրվարի 2–ի դրությամբ կազմել են 15 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ և 98 հազար ամերիկյան դոլար: Հարությունյանի եկամուտները այս տարվա հունվարի 1–ից մինչև պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում գոյացել են աշխատավարձից և կազմել 503 հազար դրամ:
Հարությունյանը իր աշխատանքային կարիերան սկսել է որպես «Հայթունել» ԲԲԸ–ի ճարտարագետ–մեխանիկ: Արդեն 2002 թ. սկսել է աշխատել Էներգետիկայի նախարարությունում, սկզբից որպես վարկային, դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի իրականացման և կապիտալ ծախսերի համակարգման բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետ, ապա ներդրումային ծրագրերի և կապիտալ ծախսերի համակարգման վարչության պետ, այնուհետև էլ՝ զարգացման և ներդրումային ծրագրերի վարչության պետ:
Աշտարակի քաղաքապետն իր հոր՝ 1638 քմ մակերեսով տարածքն է վարձակալել
Աշտարակի քաղաքապետ Թովմաս Շահվերդյանը 1638 քմ ընդհանուր մակերեսով վարձակալած շենք եւ հողամաս ունի։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Շահվերդյանի՝ 2016 թ. գույքի և եկամուտների հայտարարագրից:
Նշված շենքի ու հողամասի տարածքում են գտնվում Շահվերդյանին պատկանող «Ավգոռ» ՍՊԸ–ի գրասենյակը, Աշտարակի շուկան, «Աշտարակ» սուպերմարկետը եւ հացի գործարանը։ «Ավգոռ» ընկերությունը նշված տարածքները վարձակալել է Սարգիս Շահվերդյանից։ Իսկ Սարգիս Շահվերդյանն էլ վերջինիս հայրն է:
27–ամյա քաղաքապետի հայտարարագրից տեղեկանում ենք, որ նա ունի 2008 թ. արտադրության «Volkswagen Touareg» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա։ Հայտարարագիրը ներկայացնելու օրվա դրությամբ Շահվերդյանն ունեցել է 9 միլիոն 600 հազար դրամ եկամուտ, որը ստացվել է «Ավգոռ» ՍՊԸ–ի տնօրենի աշխատավարձից եւ ընկերության շահույթից։ Աշտարակի քաղաքապետի դրամական միջոցներն էլ կազմել են 12 միլիոն դրամ և 9 հազար ամերիկյան դոլար։
