Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 23-ին, խոշոր ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում։
Ժամը 14։00-ի սահմաններում Արմավիր-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհի 97-րդ կմ հատվածում՝Երազգավորս գյուղի վարչական տարածքում, բախվել են Շիրակի մարզի Լեռնակերտ գյուղի բնակիչ, 30-ամյա Լևոն Բաղդասարյանի վարած ВАЗ 21010 մակնիշի 35 FD 228 համարանիշի և Շիրակի մարզի Բայանդուր գյուղի բնակիչ, 57-ամյա Մուրադ Արզումանյանի վարած Mercedes մակնիշի 34 RZ 747 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենաները։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքվ ВАЗ 21010-ի վարորդ Լ. Բաղդասարյանը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է Ախուրյանի բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ գիտակցության չգալով՝ մահացել է։ Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի աշխատակիցները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Գագիկ Վարդանյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Ռաֆայել Ասրյանի և ավագ տեսուչ Լյուդվիգ Ղանդիլյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբն ու փորձաքրեագետները։
Վթարի մասին ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Արսեն Հարությունյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Ախուրյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից դեպքի վայր է ժամանել քննչական խումբը՝ ավագ քննիչ Արմեն Միքայելյանի գլխավորությամբ, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։ Քննիչի հանձնարարականով մեքենաները տեղափոխվում են ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
