Գնաճը Եվրոպայում եւ հետխորհրդային տարածքում

Օգոստոսի տվյալներով, Ռուսաստանում գնաճը հասել է տարեկան կտրվածքով գրեթե 9.8%-ի: Սակայն հետխորհրդային տարածքում ռեկորդակիրն Ուկրաինան է. նշված ժամանակաշրջանում՝ շուրջ 38.2%: Հիշեցնենք, որ, պաշտոնական տվյալներով, Հայաստանում գնաճի օգոստոսյան ցուցանիշը 2.6% է, ընդ որում, պարենամթերքը թանկացել է 2.9%-ով:
Եվրամիությունում օգոստոսին գնաճը խորհրդանշական է եղել, տարեկան կտրվածքով՝ 0.03%, իսկ եվրոգոտու երկրներում՝ միջինը 0.06%: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ ԱՄՆ-ում այդ ցուցանիշը կազմել է ավելի քան 1.6%: Հասկանալի է, որ եվրոպական որոշ երկրներում գնաճի ցածր մակարդակն արգելակում է տնտեսության զարգացումը:
Բազմաթիվ փորձագետներ կարծում են, որ ռուսական երկնիշ գնաճն ու եվրոպական գնանկումը (կամ գնաճի ցածր մակարդակը) միեւնույն պատճառն ունեն՝ նավթի համաշխարհային գների անկումը: Եվրոպայում դա հանգեցրեց մի շարք ապրանքների արտադրության ինքնարժեքի նվազման (այստեղից էլ՝ դրանց մանրածախ գների): Իսկ բազմաթիվ պարենային ապրանքների գներ նույնը մնացին:
Իսկ ահա Ռուսաստանում գների դինամիկայի շուրջ իրավիճակը հակառակ պատկերն է արձանագրել: Մի շարք գործոնների (այդ թվում՝ նավթի համաշխարհային գների անկման) հետեւանքով միջազգային արժույթի՝ դոլարի նկատմամբ ռուբլու փոխարժեքի անկումը:
Պարենամթերքի ներկրման էմբարգոն (Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցներ սահմանած երկրներից) լրջորեն ազդեց դրանց պաշարների վրա, իսկ ներկրման փոխարինիչների ուղղությունը դեռեւս չի արդարացնում իրեն: Հասկանալի է, որ ներկրումն ամբողջությամբ փոխարինելու համար երկար տարիներ են անհրաժեշտ: Ընդ որում, հենց ռուսաստանցի փորձագետների պնդմամբ, հայրենական արտադրանքը ներկայում ավելի թանկ է նախկինում ներկրվող նույնանման պարենամթերքից:
Հակասական իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել. ռուսաստանցիների եկամուտները դանդաղ են աճում, իսկ ապրանքները թանկանում են: Նախնական տվյալներով, օգոստոսին այս երկրում միջին անվանական աշխատավարձը մեկ տարվա ընթացքում ավելացել է ընդամենը 4.4%-ով: Այսինքն՝ աճի տեմպերով այն գնաճին զիջել է 5.4 տոկոսային կետով: Հասկանալի է, որ շարքային ռուսաստանցիների եկամուտների իրական կրճատումը բացասաբար է ազդում նաեւ այդ երկիր սպառողական ապրանքների մեր արտահանման վրա:
