Գալուստ Սահակյանն ընդունել է ԵԽԽՎ-ի դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնող պատվիրակության անդամներին

ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը փետրվարի 23-ին ընդունել է ԵԽԽՎ-ի դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնող պատվիրակության անդամներին, ովքեր մեր երկիր են այցելել առաջիկայում կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրության նախընտրական փուլի դիտարկման առաքելությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Ողջունելով հյուրերին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում` խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը կարեւորել է նրանց այցը՝ ապրիլի 2-ինՀայաստանում կայանալիք կարեւոր իրադարձության նախաշեմին: Գալուստ Սահակյանը վստահեցրել է, որ առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունը կլինի ազատ, արդար, թափանցիկ եւ կհամապատասխանի ժողովրդավարության չափանիշներին: Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը կարեւորել է ընտրության ընթացքի վերաբերյալ դիտորդական առաքելությունների կողմից տրվելիք ճշգրիտ գնահատականները:
Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում անցկացված սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին` Գալուստ Սահակյանը նշել է, որ 1995 թվականից ի վեր օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ կատարելիս ՀՀ իշխանությունները մշտապես համագործակցել են ԵԽԽՎ-ի հետ: Խորհրդարանի ղեկավարն անդրադարձել է նաեւ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի քննարկմանն ու ընդունմանը` նշելով, որ այն լայնորեն քննարկվել է 4+4+4 ձեւաչափով, որի աշխատանքներին հավասարության սկզբունքով մասնակցել են իշխանության, ընդդիմության եւ քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչները:
ԵԽԽՎ դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնող պատվիրակության ղեկավար Լիլիան Մորի-Պասքիեն, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար, նշել է, որ այս օրերին տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումների ընթացքում արդեն իսկ անհրաժեշտ տեղեկություններ են ստացել առաջիկայում կայանալիք ընտրության վերաբերյալ: Լիլիան Մորի-Պասքիեի խոսքով՝ առաջիկա ընտրությունը ՀՀ իշխանությունների համար լուրջ մարտահրավեր է՝ բարձրացնելու ընտրական գործընթացներիի նկատմամբ բնակչության վստահությունը:
