Ժնեւում վերսկսվել են միջսիրիական բանակցությունները. չորրորդ փուլը մեկնարկել Է Սիրիայի խնդրով ՄԱԿ-ի հատուկ դեսպանորդ Ստաֆան դե Միստուրայի հետ դրանց մասնակիցների երկկողմ հանդիպմամբ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստիի թղթակիցը:
Բանակցությունների գլխավոր թեման, որոնք անցկացվում են գրեթե մեկ տարվա ընդմիջումից եւ Աստանայում նոր բանակցային հարթակի հայտնվելուց հետո, կդառնան Սիրիայի նոր կառավարության ստեղծումը, երկրի նոր սահմանադրության նախագծերը եւ ընտրությունների անցկացումը:
Ժնեւի բանակցությունների ձեւաչափը դեռեւս պաշտոնապես չի հայտարարվել. հանդիպումներն արդյոք կլինեն ուղղակի, ինչը պնդում Է ընդդիմությունը, թե հատուկ դեսպանորդը կշարունակի մաքոքային դիվանագիտության պրակտիկան՝ հաջորդաբար հանդիպելով նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի հետ: Դե Միստուրան ինքը նախօրյակին կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում նույնպես պարզություն չի մտցրել փետրվարի 23-ի իր աշխատակարգում: Նրա խոսքով՝ ձեւաչափի վերաբերյալ որոշում կընդունվի օրվա առաջին կեսին պատվիրակությունների հետ հանդիպումներից հետո:
Դրա հետ մեկտեղ, բանակցությունների կազմակերպմանը մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրը հայտնել Է, որ տեղական ժամանակով ժամը 15:00-ին (Երեւանի ժամանակով ժամը 18:00-ին) բանակցությունների մասնակիցները կհավաքվեն լսելու դե Միստուրայի ողջույնի խոսքը, հրավիրված են նաեւ Սիրիայի Աջակցման միջազգային խմբի անդամ երկրների ներկայացուցիչները:
ՄԱԿ-ի Ժնեւի բաժանմունքին առընթեր ՌԴ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Ալեքսեյ Բորոդավկինը ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին հավաստել Է, որ մասնակցելու Է այդ արարողությանը:
Դրա հետ մեկտեղ մեկ այլ պատվիրակությունում գործակալության աղբյուրն ավելի վաղ հայտնել Է, որ փետրվարի 23-ի օրվա երկրորդ կեսին պլանավորված Է լիագումար նիստ՝ Ժնեւ ժամանած սիրիական բոլոր պատվիրակությունների մասնակցությամբ:
