ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարն ընդունել է ԵԱՀԿ նախագահության հատուկ ներկայացուցչին

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը փետրվարի 23-ին ընդունել է ԵԱՀԿ ավստրիական նախագահության՝ Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Գյունտեր Բեխլերին։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը Հայաստանի աջակցությունն է հայտնել ավստրիական նախագահության հռչակած առաջնահերթություններին` ուղղված հակամարտությունների կարգավորմանը, լարվածության թուլացմանն ու փոխվստահության մթնոլորտի վերականգմանը։

Ներկայացնելով հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում տիրող մտահոգիչ իրավիճակը՝ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը կարևորել է զինադադարի խախտման դեպքերի միջազգային հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ձևավորմանն ուղղված ջանքերը, ինչպես նաև ընդգծել Ադրբեջանի կողմից սպառազինությունների վերահսկման բոլոր միջազգային պարտավորությունների ոտնահարման դատապարտման անհրաժեշտությունը միջազգային հանրության կողմից։

Անդրադառնալով Երևանում ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակի շուրջ ստեղծված բարդ իրավիճակին՝ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը արժևորել է թե գրասենյակի և թե ընդհանրապես կազմակերպության դերակատարումը Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների զարգացման, ընտրական համակարգի արդիականացման և մարդու իրավունքների բարելավման գործում։ Շեշտելով, որ Հայաստանի համագործակցությունը ԵԱՀԿ հետ հիմնված է արժեքների և սկզբունքների հիման վրա,  պաշտպանության նախարարը անթույլատրելի է համարել Ադրբեջանի կողմից գրասենյակի գործունեության կասեցման և ԵԱՀԿ կազմակերպության վարկաբեկմն նախաձեռնություններն ու շանտաժի քաղաքականությունը։      

ԵԱՀԿ նախագահության ներկայացուցիչը վերահաստատել է ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման և լարվածության թուլացմանն ուղղված կազմակերպության ջանքերի ակտիվացման, կազմակերպության հեղինակության պահպանման անհրաժեշտությունը, հույս հայտնել, որ երևանյան գրասենյակի շուրջ ստեղծված բարդ իրավիճակը կհանգուցալուծվի ԵԱՀԿ և Հայաստանի շահերին համապատասխան։

Զրուցակիցները կարծիքներ են փոխանակել նաև Հայաստանում առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ համագործակցության մեխանիզմների շուրջ։
