Ադրբեջանում զգալիորեն աճել է հեմոֆիլիա անբուժելի հիվանդությամբ տառապողների թիվը

Ադրբեջանում նախորդ տարիների համեմատ հեմոֆիլիա հիվանդությամբ տառապողների թիվը զգալիորեն աճել է: Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.org-ը:
Ադրբեջանի Պրոֆիլակտիկ հեմոֆիլիայի կենտրոնի տնօրեն Էլմիրա Գադիմովայի փոխանցմամբ` 2002 -2015թթ. Ադրբեջանում պաշտոնապես գրանցված հեմոֆիլիայով տառապող հիվանդների թիվը կազմել է 916 մարդ:
2016 թ. անցկացված հետազոտությունների տվյալներով` հեմոֆիլիայով տառապողների թիվը հասել է 1541-ի, որոնցից 1103-ը տառապում է հեմոֆիլիա Ա-ով, 132-ը` հեմոֆիլիա Բ-ով, իսկ 206-ը` հազվադեպ հանդիպող տարբեր հեմոլոգիական հիվանդություններով:
Ներկայումս Ադրբեջանում 42 երեխա ծանր հեմոֆիլիայով ստանում է առաջին կարգի պրոֆիլակտիկ բուժօգնություն:
Հեմոֆիլիան (արյան անմակարդելիություն) անբուժելի հիվանդություն է :
Հիվանդությունը ժառանգական բնույթ ունի և անցնում է սերնդեսերունդ, ընդ որում հիվանդանում են միայն տղաները։ Հեմոֆիլիայով տառապող սերնդի կանայք գործնականորեն լինում են առողջ և միայն հիվանդության փոխանցողների դեր են կատարում։ Կին հաղորդիչները հեմոֆիլիան կարող են փոխանցել ոչ միայն իրենց տղա երեխաներին, այլև աղջիկ հաղորդիչների միջոցով նաև տղա թոռներին, ծոռներին և ավելի ապագա սերունդներին։
Արյան հիշյալ հիվանդություններն Ադրբեջանում խիստ տարածված` հարազատական ամուսնությունների բացասական հետեւանքներից են: Ադրբեջանցի պրոֆեսոր Էլխան Ռասուլովի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանում հարազատական ամուսնությունների հաճախականությունը կազմում է 18-19 տոկոս, ինչի արդյունքում, նման ընտանիքներում ծնված երեխաները տառապում են տարբեր անբուժելի հիվանդություններով: Մասնավորապես, Ադրբեջանի բնակչության մոտ 8 տոկոսը թալասեմիայի կրողներ են:
Ադրբեջանում մոտ 800 հազար մարդ թալասեմիայի պոտենցիալ կրողներ են: Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի սոցիալական քաղաքականության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Խադը Ռաջաբլին իր հերթին նշում է, որ Ադրբեջանում ամեն տարի թալասեմիայով հիվանդ 200, հեմոֆիլիայով հիվանդ 300 երեխաներ են ծնվում:
Թալասեմիայով, հեմոֆիլիայով եւ այլ գենետիկ հիվանդություններով հիվանդների սպառնացող աճը կանգնեցնելու նպատակով Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը 2014 թվականին օրենք է ստորագրել, որի համաձայն, ամուսնանալ ցանկացող անձինք պարտավոր են բժշկական քննություն անցնել:
