Հայաստանը մշտապես կատարել է Աստրախանում ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունը` կապված գերիներին և զոհվածների մարմինները հանձնելու հետ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին Մոսկվայում ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ հրավիրած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:

«Վերջերս Հայաստանը վերադարձրեց ադրբեջանցի դիվերսանտի մարմինը, ով արդեն Հայաստանի տարածքում սպանել էր երեք զինծառայողների: Ադրբեջանական կողմը պնդում էր, որ նա դիվերսանտ չէ, գլխիվայր էր շրջում այն իրադրությունը` կապված նախորդ տարվա վերջին տեղի ունեցած դիվերսիայի փորձի հետ: Սակայն երբ մարմինը վերադարձրեցին, հաջորդ օրը Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հատուկ հրամանագրով դիվերսանտը ազգային հերոս ճանաչվեց: Ձևակերպումը շատ հետաքրքիր էր, այնտեղ ասվում էր. «Հանձնարարությունը հաջող կատարելու համար»: Այսինքն հանձնարարել էին դիվերսիա իրականացնե լ և դրա համար ազգային հերոս էին ճանաչել: Ընդ որում, նախքան մարմինը վերադարձնելու շուրջ համաձայնության գալը ադրբեջանական կողմը հայտարարում էր, որ Հայաստանը պետք է վերադարձնի մարմինը որպես հումանիտար քայլ»,- նշեց Նալբանդյանը:

Նա զարմանքով ընդգծեց, թե ինչ հումանիտար քայլի մասին կարող է խոսք գնալ, երբ Ադրբեջանն անգամ այն ժամանակ, երբ իրենց կողմում հայտնվել էր հայ հովիվը տեսախցիկների առաջ հարցաքննվում և բռնության էր ենթարկվում: Այդ ամենի արդյունքում նրան սպանեցին, իսկ կատարվածը ներկայացրեցին որպես ինքնասպանություն:

«Մեկ այլ դեպքում ևս սպանեցին, հայտարարեցին, որ նրա մոտ սրտային անբավարարություն է: Իսկ ապրիլյան իրադարձությունների ժամանակ ադրբեջանական կողմում հայտնված զինծառայողներին ոչ թե պարզապես բռնության էին ենթարկում, այլ ուղղակի կտրում էին գլուխները և դրանցով գնում գյուղերով ու քաղաքներով: Իսկ նա, ով քայլում էր գլուխը ձեռքում պահած, այնուհետև պարգևատրվեց Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կողմից, և դա նույնպես տեղադրվել է նախագահի պաշտոնական կայքում»,- ասաց Նալբանդյանը` հիշեցնելով նաև Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայկական ուղղաթիռը խոցելու դեպքի մասին, երբ մի քանի օրվա ընթացքում ադրբեջանական կողմը, կրակի տակ պահելով այդ տարածքը, թույլ չէր տալիս տարհանել օդաչուներին, ովքեր կարող էին դեռ ողջ լինել:

ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը նշեց, որ Վիեննայում, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում, Աստրախանում, Սոչիում ձեռք են բերվել համաձայնություններ, որոնցից Ադրբեջանը հետագայում հրաժարվել է: «Ադրբեջանը ստորագրում է այդ համաձայնագրերը, ապա հետքայլ կատարում: Մենք դրան չենք կարողանում ընտելանալ, միջազգային հանրությունը ևս, սակայն այլընտրանք չկա: Մենք համանախագահների հետ շարունակելու ենք ջանքեր գործադրել` ուղղված հակամարտության բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանն ու նախ և առաջ բանակցային գործընթացն առաջ տանելու պայմանների ստեղծմանը»,- հայտարարեց Նալբանդյանը:
