Ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից հրթիռակոծման հետեւանքով սեպտեմբերի 25-ին զոհված ՊԲ զինծառայող 18-ամյա Կարեն Շահինյանը Կոտայքի մարզի Աբովյան քաղաքից էր, ընտանիքի կրտսեր զավակը: Կարեն Շահինյանի հոգեհանգստի արարողությունը տեղի ունեցավ այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 26-ին:

Արարողությանը ներկա էին Հայաստանի պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, Կոտայքի մարզպետ Կարապետ Գուլոյանը, զինվորականներ, ընկերներ, հարազատներ:

«Փայլուն մարդ էր, հոյակապ անձնավորություն: Մարդկային էր, օգնող, հասնող, երբ գալիս էի տուն, ձեռքիս պայուսակ էր լինում, օգնում էր, բարձրացնում: Դպրոցում ոչ մեկին չի նեղացրել, չարություն չի արել»,- NEWS.am-ին ասաց Կարենի ֆիզիկայի ուսուցչուհի Սիրուշ Միքայելյանը, որը նաեւ Շահինյանների հարեւանությամբ է ապրում:

Կարենը դպրոց մինչեւ 9-րդ դասարան է հաճախել, նախքան բանակ զորակոչվելը մի քանի տարի աշխատել է հացի փռում, օգնել ընտանիքին: Նրա գործընկերներից Արտակ Հովսեփյանը NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում հիշեց, թե ինչքան ուրախ էր անցնում աշխատանքը Կարենի հետ:

«Ուրախ, զվարթ, կյանքով լի տղա էր: Փորձում էր ամեն ինչի մեջ օգնել բոլորին, ոչ մեկ իրենից ոչ մի վատ բան չի տեսել կամ լսել: Ասում էր՝ գնամ, ծառայեմ, գամ, աշխատեմ, որ ընտանիքիս օգնեմ»,- ասաց Արտակ Հովսեփյանը:

Կարեն Շահինյանի ընտանիքը Գյումրիից է, Երեւան է տեղափոխվել շուրջ 10 տարի առաջ:

Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ սեպտեմբերի 25-ին ժամը 17:30-ի սահմանում, ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից թուրքական արտադրության TR-107 կայանքներից հրթիռահրետանային գնդակոծման էր ենթարկվել ՊԲ-ի հյուսիս-արեւելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասը, ինչի հետեւանքով զոհվել էին ՊԲ զինծառայողներ Նորայր Միքայելի Խաչատրյանը (ծնված 1995թ.), Ռոբերտ Սուրենի Մկրտչյանը (ծնված 1995թ.), Հարութ Մաքսիմի Հակոբյանը (ծնված 1997թ.)  եւ Կարեն Գեւորգի Շահինյանը  (ծնված 1997թ.): Կա 16 վիրավոր:

Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի հրամանագրերով, զոհված զինծառայողները հետմահու պարգեւատրվել են «Մարտական ծառայություն» մեդալով:
