ՀԺ-ն երեկ ահազանգ էր ստացել, որ Երևան քաղաքի թիվ 38 մանկապարտեզի տնօրեն Սեդա Հակոբյանը հրահանգում է իր ենթակայությամբ աշխատող մարդկանց, որպեսզի վերջիններս մարզերում բնակվող իրենց հարազատներին վերագրանցեն թիվ 2 ընտրատարածքում։ Բանն այն Է, որ Սեդա Հակոբյանը կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Արման Սահակյանի կինն Է, իսկ Արման Սահակյանը պատգամավորության թեկնածու է և ՀՀԿ ռեյտինգային ցուցակով առաջադրվել է թիվ 2 ընտրատարածքում։
Ահազանգի իսկությունը ստուգելու համար, որպես Արման Սահակյանի շտաբի աշխատակից ներկայանալով, դիմեցինք մանկապարտեզի աշխատակիցներին, սակայն նրանք խուսափեցին տնօրենի հանձնարարականի վերաբերյալ որևէ բան ասել։ Միակ տարբերակը մնաց անձամբ Սեդա Հակոբյանի հետ խոսել նույն եղանակով։ Թիվ 38 մանկապարտեզի տնօրենի հետ մեր զրույցը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև։
