«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.
«Մենք շարունակում ենք ահազանգեր ստանալ Արաբկիրի թաղապետարանի աշխատակիցներից։ Նրանք դժգոհում են, որ Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի կոմունալ տնտեսության վարչության պետ ՀՀԿ-ական Հրայր Անտոնյանը թաղապետարանի աշխատակիցներին անգամ աշխատանքային ժամերին է ստիպում գնալ եւ զբաղվել ՀՀԿ-ի շտաբային աշխատանքներով՝ հօգուտ ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Արտակ Սարգսյանի` Սասի Արտակի:
Ավելին՝ Անտոնյանը թաղապետարանի աշխատակիցների մոտ մի քանի անգամ հայտարարել է, թե հաջորդ թաղապետն ինքն է լինելու եւ սպառնացել է՝ ՀՀԿ-ի օգտին չաշխատողների համար «վատ կլինի»։
Այս իրավիճակն ուշագրավ է այն իրողության համատեքստում, որ դեռեւս փետրվարի 9-ին ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հանձնարարել էր ադմինիստրատիվ ռեսուրսները չօգտագործել նախընտրական քարոզչության գործընթացում։ Բայց արի ու տես, որ այս հրահանգը ոչ բոլորն են ականջին օղ արել: Մեկնաբանությունների համար «Ժողովուրդ»-ը դիմեց ՀՀ կառավարություն. խոստացան արձագանքել»:
