«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նախորդ տարվա աշնանը Կապանի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնում վերընտրված Աշոտ Հայրապետյանը թվով ինն անշարժ գույք ունի: Այս մասին իմանում ենք Հայրապետյանի հայտարարագրից:
Աշոտ Հայրապետյանը հայտարարագրել է հինգ հողամաս, որից երկուսը գտնվում են Երևանում, երեքն էլ՝ Կապանում: Քաղաքապետի հայտարարագրից իմանում ենք, որ նա ունի նաև մեկ բնակարան, մեկ շենք, մեկ բնակելի տուն և մեկ տարածք՝ նույնպես Կապան քաղաքում:
Հայրապետյանը հայտարարագրել է 1,4 միլիոն դրամի չափով դրամական միջոցներ: Նրան է պատկանում «Լեվարյուս» ՍՊԸ բաժնետոմսերի հարյուր տոկոսը: Այս ընկերությունը համագործակցում է «ԻնգոԱրմենիայի» հետ, հանդիսանում նրա գործակալը և իրականացնում է ապահովագրական գործունեություն: Հայրապետյանի նախորդ տարվա եկամուտները ստացվել են 3,4 միլիոն դրամ տարեկան աշխատավարձից, որը նա ստացել է զբաղեցնելով քաղաքապետի պաշտոնը:
Կապանի քաղաքապետն ունի մեքենաշինության տեխնոլոգի որակավորում: 2001–2002թթ. ղեկավարել է «Հայփոստ» ՊՓԲԸ «Սյունիքի մարզային ներկայացուցչությունը»:
