Արցախի խորհրդարանի նախագահը հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ-ից և Կանադայից ժամանած դիտորդների հետ

Արցախի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանն այսօր՝ փետրվարի 21-ին ընդունել է դիտորդական առաքելությամբ Արցախ այցելած Կալիֆորնիայի նահանգի Ֆրեզնո շրջանի վարչական մարմնի անդամ Անդրեաս Բորգեասին (ԱՄՆ), նույն նահանգի Սանտա Կրուզ շրջանի ընտրությունների հարցերով պատասխանատու Գեյլ Պելլերինին (ԱՄՆ), Բերկլիի համալսարանի ընտրությունների կառավարման հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի տնօրեն Կարին Մակդոնալդին (ԱՄ Ն) և Տորոնտոյի ավագանու անդամ Ջիմ Կարիջիանիսին (Կանադա)՝ ԱՄՆ-ում ԼՂՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Ռոբերտ Ավետիսյանի ուղեկցությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Խորհրդարանի նախագահը, ողջունելով հյուրերին, կարևորել է Արցախում նրանց կատարած աշխատանքը, քանի որ դրանք հետազոտություններ, խորհուրդներ և դիտարկումներ են ոչ միայն մեկ օրվա համար, այլև ներառում են երկարաժամկետ համագործակցություն:
Շնորհավորելով Արցախի ժողովրդին հանրաքվեի անցկացման կապակցությամբ՝ Տորոնտոյի ավագանու անդամ Ջիմ Կարիջիանիսը նշել է, որ տպավորված է հանրաքվեով.
«Արտակարգ իդեալական հանրաքվե էր: Նախանձով եմ ականատես լինում, որ այսքան շատ մարդ է մասնակցում: Մինչ այս բազմաթիվ երկրներում դիտորդական առաքելություն եմ կատարել և երբեք նման բան չեմ տեսել: Հանրաքվեին 75%-ից ավելի մասնակցությունը թույլ է տալիս ենթադրել, որ այն լսելի է դարձնում ժողովրդի ձայնը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ սա հավելյալ լիցքեր է հաղորդում, որպեսզի երկիրը շարժվի դեպի առաջ»,- կարծիք է հայտնել Ջիմ Կարիջիանիսը:
Կալիֆորնիայի նահանգի Ֆրեզնո շրջանի վարչական մարմնի անդամ Անդրեաս Բորգեասը, կիսելով իր դիտարկումները, նշել է, որ հիացած է հանրաքվեի հանդեպ ժողովրդի ունեցած խանդավառությամբ և նշել, որ ցանկություն ունի Արցախում ձեռք բերած փորձը կիսել իր երկրում, քանի որ այնտեղ նման մասնակցություն ապահովելն այնքան էլ հեշտ գործ չէ:
Բերկլիի համալսարանի ընտրությունների կառավարման հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի տնօրեն Կարին Մակդոնալդը, ով երրորդ անգամ է դիտորդական առաքելությամբ գտնվում Արցախում, կարևորել է Ընտրական օրենսգրքում արված փոփոխությունները, որոնք իրենց կողմից առաջարկվել էին նախորդ անգամ:
«Մենք զգացված ենք, որ այստեղ մեծ նշանակություն են տալիս երկարաժամկետ համագործակցությանը և երախտապարտ ենք, որ հաշվի են առնվում մեր առաջարկությունները»,- ընդգծել է Կարին Մակ Դոնալդը:
Հանդիպման վերջում Աշոտ Ղուլյանը պատասխանել է դիտորդների՝ Սահմանադրությամբ ամրագրված մարդու իրավունքներին և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններին վերաբերող հարցերին:
