«Հայաստանի եվրոպացի բարեկամները» միջանկյալ եզրակացություն են հրապարակել Արցախի սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի առնչությամբ

«Հայաստանի եվրոպացի բարեկամներ» միջազգային կազմակերպությունը փետրվարի 21-ին, հրապարակել է միջանկյալ եզրակացություն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում/ Արցախի հանրապետությունում կայացած նոր սահմանադրության նախագծի վերաբերյալ հանրաքվեի առնչությամբ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին «Հայաստանի եվրոպացի բարեկամներ» կազմա կերպությունից:
2017 թվականի փետրվարի 20—ին տեղի ունեցած հանրաքվեն նախատեսում է անցում ուժեղ նախագահական համակարգին, ինչպես նաև անվանափոխություն․ «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն»-ից՝ վերանվանելով «Արցախի Հանրապետություն»։
«Մեր դիտարկումների արդյունքում՝ կարող ենք փաստել, որ հանրաքվեն լավ կազմակերպված էր և այն քաղաքացիների կողմից համարվում էր անհրաժեշտություն՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից աճող ռազմական վտանգի պայմաններում՝ հատկապես 2016-ի ապրիլին տեղի ունեցած դեպքերից հետո։ Արդյունքները հստակորեն արտահայտում են մարդկանց ընտրությունը, այդուհանդերձ, որոշ զարգացումների հստակ անհրաժեշտություն կա, որը կնպաստի ընտրական գործընթացի հանդեպ տեղական և միջազգային վստահության աճին»,-ամփոփել է EuFoA գործող նախագահ Մայքլ Քեմբեքը։
