Մայրենի լեզվի օրը՝ փետրվարի 21-ը հնարավորություն է տալիս խոսելու նաև լեզվի դժվարությունների և հոգսերի մասին: -«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ փետրվարի 21-ին կայացած ասուլիսում այս տեսակետը հայտնեց ՀՀ ԿԳՆ լեզվի պետական տեսչության պետ Սերգո Երիցյանը:
«Հատկապես շատ են խախտումները հրապարակային գրվածքներում: Անցյալ տարի մենք մոտ 500 դիտարկում ենք կատարել, որից 270-ի պարագայում հայտնաբերել ենք խախտումներ: Դիտարկումների արդյունքում մենք ժամանակ առ ժամանակ հորդորներ, նամակներ ենք գրում տնտեսավարողներին և զգուշացնում, որ կա օրենքի խախտում: Նրանց մոտ 50 տոկոսը դրական արձագանք է տվել, շտկումներ կատարել իրենց հրապարակային գրվածքներում: Մի որոշ հատվածը ժամանակ է խնդրել՝ նշելով, որ այն ծախսատար է: 20 տոկոսը նշել է, որ օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների կարիք կա, օրենքը պետք է ավելի հստակ դարձնել » -«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց ՀՀ ԿԳՆ լեզվի պետական տեսչության պետը:
Սերգո Երիցյանը ևս կիսում է այս տեսակետը և անհրաժեշտ է համարում փոփոխություններ կատարել «Լեզվի մասին» օրենքում և վարչական օրենսգրքում. «Մասնավորապես, հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի մասին օրենքը հստակեցումների կարիք ունի: Չկա օրենք, որը հեռուստատեսությունում լեզվական խախտումների դեպքում սահմանի, օրինակ, որոշակի նյութական պատասխանատվություն»:
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Սերգո Երիցյանը փաստեց, որ նախկինում օրենքը, այնպես, ինչպես որ կար, կարողանում էր պաշտպանել լեզուն, բայց այսօր, ինչ-ինչ փոփոխությունների արդյունքում, լեզուն այդքան էլ պաշտպանված չէ: Վկայակոչելով միջազգային փորձը՝ Սերգո Երիցյանն առաջարկեց Հայաստանում ևս ներմուծել նախազգուշացումների մեխանիզմը: Խախտման պարագայում՝ տնտեսավարողին տրվում է նախազգուշացում և որոշակի ժամանակահատված՝ խախտումները շտկելու: Տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտի համար երբեմն շատ դժվար է 250 000 դրամ տուգանք վճարել: Նախազգուշացումները կլինեն ի շահ և՛ լեզվի, և՛ տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտի:
«Պետք է զուգակցել բոլոր հնարավորությունները՝ և՛ նախազգուշացումը, և՛ հրապարակային ելույթները: Ներկայումս ամենամեծ բացերից մեկն եմ համարում պետական լեզվաքաղաքականության ծրագրի բացակայությունը և հուսով եմ, որ 2017-ին այդ բացը կվերացվի»,- եզրափակեց Սերգո Երիցյանը:
