Ֆինլանդացի փորձագետները կոչ են անում խուսափել նեղ և սեղմող ներքնազգեստի կանոնավոր օգտագործումից: Շատ կանայք պատրաստ չեն ընդունել իրենց մարմնի իրական չափերը և ձգտում են ընտրել ավելի ձգող ներքնազգեստ՝ մայկաներ, թոփեր, կրծկալներ, անդրավարտիքներ և նույնիսկ, կիսավարտիքներ:
