Ալաշանի ընտրատեղամասում Արցախի սահմանադրության բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեին մասնակցել է 155 թալիշեցի ընտրող

Արցախի Հանրապետության Մարտակերտի շրջանի Ալաշան համայնքում բացված ընտրատեղամասում Արցախի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեին փետրվարի 20-ի ժամը 16-ի դրությամբ մասնակցել է 155 թալիշեցի ընտրող: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Թալիշի գյուղապետ Վիլեն Պետրոսյանը, հատուկ թալիշցիների համար բացված Ալաշանի ընտրատեղամասում գրանցված 358 ընտրողներից 155-ն արդեն մասնակցել են քվեարկությանը, եւս 30 ընտրող քվեարկել են Երեւանում՝ Արցախի Հանրապետութան ներկայացուցչությունում բացված ընտրատեղամասում:«Մինչեւ քվեարկության ավարտը Արցախի տարբեր բնակավայրերում ժամանակավոր բնակություն հաստատած ընտրողների ժամանմանը դեռ սպասում ենք:Ցավոք, նույնը չի կարելի ասել արտերկրում գտնվող թալիշցի ընտրողների մասին, ովքեր թե՛ տեղերում ընտրելու, թե՛ ընտրատեղամաս ժամանելու հնարավորություն չունեն: Ամեն դեպքում, դեռ հույս ունենք, որ մինչեւ քվեարկության ավարտը կունենանք մասնակիցների թվի ավելացում»,-ներկայացրեց Վիլեն Պետրոսյանը: Արցախյան ազատամարտի մասնակից, Թալիշի ինքնապաշտպանական եւ ազատագրական մարտերում եւ համայնքի կազմավորման ու ղեկավարման մեջ մեծ ավանդ ներդրած Վիլեն Պետրոսյանը կարծում է, որ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումները նպատակաուղղված կլինեն Արցախի ինքնապաշտպանական ու տնտեսական համակարգի հզորացմանը:«Մենք փոքր երկիր ենք, ուստի կարծում եմ, որ պետք է ապավինենք կառավարման նախագահական համակարգին, բայց միաժամանակ պետք է ունենանք նաեւ ուժեղ լիազորություններով օժտված խորհրդարան եւ նախարարների խորհուրդ: Հուսամ, որ այս բարեփոխումներով մեր երկրի կառավարումն ավելի կանոնակարգված կլինի»-շեշտեց իլեն Պետրոսյանը:
