Սերժ Սարգսյանը ՀՀ անվտանգության կարևորագույն տարրերից է համարում Ռուսաստանի հետ ձևավորած ռազմական դաշինքը

Գլոբալ մակարդակում Հայաստանը շարունակելու է իր ներդրումն ունենալ անվտանգության, կայունության ամրապնդման և միջազգային հարաբերություններում դրական օրակարգի ձևավորման գործում։ Դրա վկայությունն է Հայաստանի ակտիվ մասնակցությունը միջազգային խաղաղապահ մի շարք առաքելություններին։ Փետրվարի 20-ին ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ղեկավար կազմի օպերատիվ հավաքի մասնակիցների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասել է ՀՀ Õ �ախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը: «Ես մեծ հպարտություն եմ ապրում այն ժամանակ, երբ հանդիպելով արտասահմանցի իմ գործընկերներին, ինչպես նաև արտգործնախարարներին և պաշտպանության նախարարներին, նրանցից լսում եմ դրվատանքի խոսքեր հայ խաղաղապահների մասին: Շնորհակալ եմ հայ զինվորականներին՝ առաջին հերթին նրանց, ովքեր պատրաստում են այդ զորախմբերը և, իհարկե, նրանց, ովքեր անդամ են այդ զորախմբերի՝ Հայաստանի անունը և պատիվն այդքան բարձր պահելու համար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ընդգծել է ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյա նը:
Նա հավելել է, որ Հայաստանի անվտանգության կարևորագույն տարրերից մեկն է Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի ձևավորած ռազմական դաշինքը: Այն ունի շատ հարուստ պատմություն և ավանդույթներ, քանի որ հայ և ռուս զինվորականները երբեք չեն եղել խրամատների տարբեր կողմերում: «Այնուամենայնիվ, որևէ ռազմական դաշինք չի կարող հիմնված լինել միայն հույզերի վրա: Այս դաշինքը հիմնված է փոխադարձաբար հստակ գիտակցված ընդհանուր շահերի և անհրաժեշտության վրա: Այն անփոխարինելի է այս տարածաշրջանում կայունությունը պահպանելու համար: Հայաստանը շարունակելու է բարեխղճո րեն կատարել իր բոլոր դաշնակցային պարտավորությունները ինչպես հայ-ռուսական դաշինքի, այնպես էլ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի շրջանակներում: Ուզում եմ, որպեսզի բոլորդ շատ հստակ գիտակցեք, որ այո՛, նաև ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում տեղի են ունենում իրադարձություններ, գործողություններ, ելույթներ, որոնք մեր սրտով չեն, բայց ՀԱՊԿ անդամ որևէ երկրի ղեկավարի կամ ներկայացուցչի գործողությունը, կամ ելույթը, կամ ընդհանրապես պահվածքը մեզ համար երբեք չեն կարող հիմք հանդիսանալ խոսելու այն մասին, որ Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին արդեն սպառել է անհրաժեÕ �տությունը: Սա, ուղղակի անթույլատրելի է»,- ընդգծել է նախագահ Սարգսյանը:
Միաժամանակ Հայաստանը շարունակելու է աշխույժ դրական օրակարգ ձևավորել Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշնագրի կազմակերպության և դրա անդամ պետությունների հետ՝ միջազգային խաղաղության և անվտանգության հետագա ամրապնդման նպատակով: Նախագահ Սարգսյանի գնահատմամբ` այս բոլորը կարևոր գործոններ են մեր մյուս հարևանի՝ Թուրքիայի անբարյացակամ, եթե չասենք՝ թշնամական, քաղաքականությունը Հայաստանի հանդեպ չեզոքացնելու համար:
