Քաղաքագետն ԱԺ ընտրություններում հաղթելու լուրջ հավակնորդ է համարում ՀՀԿ-ին

Քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մինասյանը կարծում է, որ Ազգային ժողովի առաջիկա ընտրություններում հաղթելու ամենամեծ հնարավորություններն ունի իշխող Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը: Փետրվարի 20-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը քաղաքագետն ընդգծեց, որ մնում է միայն հասկանալ, թե ընտրությունների արդյունքներով ՀՀԿ-ն կկարողանա միայնակ մեծամասնություն կազմել խորհրդարանում, թե դա կանի դաշինք կազմելու ճանապարհով: «Ինձ համար ամենաինտրիգայինն այն է, կկարողանա Հանրապետականը հավաքել անհրաժեշտ 54 տոկոսը, որպեսզի կարողանա միայնակ մեծամասնություն կազմել, թե հետընտրական դաշինք կկազմի, օրինակ, Դաշնակցության հետ»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, նշեց Մինասյանը` հավելելով, որ եթե չլինեն ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակներ, ընտրությունների արդյունքները կանխատեսելի կլինեն:
Քաղաքագետի գնահատմամբ` խորհրդարանում երկրորդ քաղաքական ուժը դառնալու բոլոր հնարավորություններն ունի «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը: Նրա խոսքով` դաշինքը թե ռեսուրսների, թե կարողությունների առումով լուրջ շանսեր ունի:
Սերգեյ Մինասյանի կարծիքով` նոր խորհրդարանում կարող է տեղ ունենալ նաև «Ելք» դաշինքը, որում ներգրավված են հայտնի կուսակցական լիդերներ, ինչպես նաև կան նոր ու հետաքրքիր դեմքեր: Քաղաքագետի խոսքով` խորհրդարան մտնելու հնարավորություն ունի նաև «Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» դաշինքը, սակայն այն մի փոքր խոցելի է, քանի որ այնտեղ ներգրավված են անձինք, ովքեր տարբեր տարիների իշխանության մաս են կազմել և հանրության մոտ նրանց վերաբերյալ գնահատականները ոչ միանշանակ են:
Մինասյանը նաև ընդգծեց, որ նոր խորհրդարանում տեղ կունենա նաև ՀՅԴ-ն, որը կայուն ընտրազանգված ունի:
Հայաստանում Ազգային ժողովի առաջիկա ընտրություններին մասնակցելու հայտ է ներկայացրել 9 քաղաքական ուժ, որոնցից 5-ը կուսակցություններ են, 4-ը` դաշինքներ: ԱԺ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար ԿԸՀ առաջադրման փաստաթղթեր են ներկայացրել «Հայաստանի Հանրապետական», «Հայկական վերածնունդ», «Ազատ դեմոկրատներ», «Հայաստանի Կոմունիստական» և «Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն» կուսակցությունները, ինչպես նաև «Ելք», «Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան», «Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ և «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքները:
