Հայ-շվեյցարական համագործակցությունն ակտիվանում է հօգուտ ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Աղետների բժշկության կենտրոնի

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը փետրվարի 20-ին ընդունեց ՀՀ-ում Շվեյցարիայի Համադաշնության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Լուկաս Գասսերի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից:
Հանդիպման նպատակն էր «Աղետների բժշկության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի և Շվեյցարիայի զարգացման և համագործակցության գործակալության հետ համատեղ ծրագրերի ամփոփումն ու հետագա նախագծերի քննարկումը:
Նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանն, անդրադառնալով արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում հայ-շվեյցարական համագործակցությանը, նշեց, որ այն երկար տարիների արդյունավետ աշխատանքի պատմություն ունի: Քննարկվեցին համագործակցության ընդլայնման մի շարք հարցեր, մասնավորապես՝ արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում տարածաշրջանային ընդգրկուն համագործակցության հնարավորությունները:
Նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանը և դեսպան Լ. Գասսերը ՀՀ ԱԻՆ «Աղետների բժշկության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի 11 աշխատակցի և ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության 6 բուժաշխատողի հանձնեցին «Բուժաշխատողների շարունակական մասնագիտական զարգացման «Աղետների բժշկության» դասընթացավարների 80-ժամյա վերապատրաստման» դասընթացների մասնակցության հավաստագրեր:
«Աղետների բժշկության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի և Շվեյցարիայի զարգացման և համագործակցության գործակալության համագործակցության շրջանակում Երևան քաղաքում և մարզերում բուժհաստատությունների բժիշկների ու միջին բուժանձնակազմի հետ անց են կացվել աղետների բժշկության վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ, ստուգողական վարժանքներ: Նախարար Տոնոյանը և դեսպան Գասսերը համաձայնության եկան նման դասընթացների շարունակականության վերաբերյալ:
Նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանը և դեսպան Լ. Գասսերը՝ Աղետների բժշկության կենտրոնի տնօրեն Կ. Աթոյանի ուղեկցությամբ, շրջեցին կենտրոնում, ծանոթացան ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին: Կենտրոնի՝ նորագույն սարքավորումներով և գույքով հագեցվածությունը հնարավորություն է տալիս պարբերաբար առաջին բուժօգնության դասընթացներ կազմակերպել: Այս նպատակով վերջերս ձեռք են բերվել սիրտ-անոթային վերակենդանացման հեռակառավարվող մանեկեն, ծննդաբերական ուսումնական մանեկեն, կոնիկոտոմիայի ուսումնական հավաքածու և ինտուբացիոն մանեկեն:
Հանդիպման ավարտին ԱԻ նախարարն ու Շվեյցարիայի դեսպանը պայմանավորվածություն ձեռքբերեցին համատեղ ծրագրեր իրականացնել աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման ոլորտում:
