Կարմրաշեն, Ոսկեթաս և Զովասար գյուղերը կապող ճանապարհը կհիմնանորոգվի

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանն այցելեց Արագածոտնի մարզի Թալինի տարածաշրջանի Կարմրաշեն, Ոսկեթաս և Զովասար գյուղեր։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Բարձր լեռնային այս գյուղերը մարզկենտրոնին կապող միակ՝ կենսական նշանակության ճանապարհը տարիներ ի վեր չհիմնանորոգվելով՝ ամբողջովին քայքայվել, դժվարանցանելի է դարձել։
Համայնքի ղեկավարները բազմիցս են դիմել իշխանություններին խնդիրը լուծելու համար։ ՀՀ նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ 12կմ երկարությամբ ճանապարհը կհիմնանորոգվի. այն ընդգրկվել է Համաշխարհային բանկի միջոցներով հիմնանորոգվող «Կենսական նշանակության ճանապարհացանցի բարելավման» 2017թ. ծրագրում։
Նախարարին անձամբ հանդիպելու, իրենց հուզող հարցերը նրան ուղղելու նպատակով Կարմրաշեն գյուղի կենտրոնում հավաքված երեք գյուղերի բազմաթիվ բնակիչներ խնդիրներ շատ ունեին, սակայն նրանց համար առաջնահերթը ճանապարհի հարցի լուծումն է։
Նախարարը հավաստիացրեց, որ ճանապարհն այս տարի անպայման կհիմնանորոգվի. «Մինչև մարտի վերջ կսկսվեն նախագծային աշխատանքները։ Ըստ ընթացակարգի՝ կանցկացվեն մրցույթները։ Հուլիսին արդեն կտրվի շինարարության մեկնարկը, և մինչև տարեվերջ կունենաք բարձրակարգ ասֆալտապատ ճանապարհ»,- նշեց նախարա րը։
Որպեսզի աշխատանքներն ընթանան առավելագույնս արագ, նախատեսվում է հիմնանորոգումն սկսել միաժամանակ ճանապարհի երկու ծայրակետերից՝ սկզբից և վերջից։
Բացի ասֆալտապատումից, ճանապարհի ամբողջ երկայնքով կկառուցվի ջրահեռացման համակարգ, իսկ գյուղամիջյան հատվածներում՝ նաև մայթեր։ Հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքների ավարտից հետո ճանապարհը կկահավորվի ճանապարհային նշաններով և անվտանգության տարրերով։
Նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ ճանապարհի հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքների ավարտից հետո լուծում կտրվի նաև տրանսպորտի խնդրին։
