Ստեփանակերտի 3/8 ընտրատեղամասում Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի մասնակցության մեծ ակտիվություն է նկատվում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ փետրվարի 20-ին ասաց ընտրատեղմասի նախագահ Լյուդմիլա Հովհաննիսյանը: «Մեր ընտրատեղամաս այցելել են նաև միջազգային դիտորդներ, մասնավորապես Աբխազիայից, որոնք արձանագրել են, որ ընտրություններն ընթանում են պատշաճ ձևով&raqu o;,- ասաց ընտրատեղամասի նախագահը:

Աբխազիայի դիտորդական առաքելություն կատարող Էմմա Գամիսոնիան նշեց, որ ընտրությունները անցնում են բարձր մակարդակով: «Այսօր ԼՂՀ-ում պատմական շրջան է: Մենք այցելել ենք հանրապետության բոլոր շրջանները և կարող եմ ասել, որ մեծ ակտիվություն է նկատվում ընտրատեղամասերում: Կարծում եմ՝ ԼՂՀ-ում մարդու իրավունքների առումով մեծ առաջադիմություն կա»,- ընդգծեց նա:

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունում մեկնարկել է Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների նախագծի վերաբերյալ հանրաքվեն: Փետրվարի 20-ին՝ առավոտյան ժամը 8:00-ին, բացվել են 11 ընտրատարածքների 280 ընտրատեղամասեր, որից մեկը Երևանում՝ ՀՀ-ում գտնվող ԼՂՀ ներկայացուցչությունում, 1-ը՝ «Շուշի» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում՝ կալանավորների համար: Հանրաքվեին մասնակցելու իրավունք ունի 102 հազար 757 քաղաքացի:

Սահմանադրության հանրաքվեն տեղամասերում անցկացնելու են 2 հազար 222 հանձնաժողովականներ, որից 68 տոկոսը անկուսակցական են: Քվեարկության ընթացքին հետևելու է 30-ից ավելի երկրի 104 միջազգային դիտորդ, 103 տեղական դիտորդ, ինչպես նաև 80-ից ավելի ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչ: Ընտրատեղամասերը կփակվեն ժամը 20:00-ին:
